Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown Miami

We had a great and peaceful time staying at Ulises place. He was very attentive and responded quickly to any concerns we had. The apartment was extremely clean and the check in was very easy. The beds are a bit soft and there’s a bright security light outside of the bedroom that we couldn’t turn off. Overall great experience.

We had an amazing time before we set sail for our anniversary cruise. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Cute little bungalow in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical surroundings! The bed was super comfortable and everything was super clean. Analys was very communicative too! Wish we could’ve been able to meet her.

The place was so nice and exactly how the listing describes. This building is amazing and I would stay in any unit in here because there is so much to do. They also let us check in early which was so accommodating. 10/10!

Great stay if you’re in Miami. Only a 15 minute drive to the shoppes and a 15 minute drive to Miami Beach and to bayfront park Highly recommend

Me and my family stayed at NHI place one night before our cruise and 2 nights after our cruise. The place is very clean and nice, Nhi is very professional she response very quick, she has everything you need there, very clean and just like the picture.. easy check in. We will HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER PLACE AND WILL BE BACK THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Cristina's place was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so well. If you are someone who needs a good comfortable bed, look no further, this is it. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking needs and the private patio area was enjoyable. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of each other, not sharing a wall, which is really nice for privacy. Close to shopping, 15 minutes from the airport and a quiet neighborhood. Air conditioning worked very well and kept everyone very comfortable. Would definitively stay her again and would highly recommend it.

Pleasant house with garden and pool. Completely suitable for a family with kids. The information was missing local addresses for shopping or for finding a restaurant. A few tips about Miami would be welcome.

The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The location of the Airbnb is ideal, located in a place where restaurants, shopping and bars and entertainment are all walking distance.
