Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Asheville

This place was great.. I stayed just over 2 months. I would walk to downtown when weather permitted. Lots of restaurants around. I felt safe walking and keeping my vehicle safe. Rose was very communicative when needed. The place was clean and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone that needs a one bedroom stay. Thank you Rose..

We stayed for 5 weeks. It was great for what we needed! Very close to downtown. Walkable neighborhood. Quiet. Hosts were responsive to our needs and fixed minor issues very quickly. No complaints! 5 Stars. Two minor things for others to be aware of: 1) driveway is not good for low-clearance vehicles (Subaru Impreza scraped), but street parking was always easy and available. 2) Hosts only provide enough consumables for a few days (one roll of TP, one trash bag, etc). This is understandable given the long length of stays (30day min) and not really a price differentiator, but also a little bit silly.

Jessica’s house was perfect for our month-long stay, and we look forward to renting this house again. The home is in like-new condition and has been beautifully appointed with virtually every item a person could need/want for a long stay. The house is in a near-perfect location and allowed us to walk to various stores and restaurants. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and parking was a breeze. Jessica was extremely communicative and helpful and made everything easy.

My stay at Sparrow Cottage was a pleasure - very comfortable and Tena was an excellent and responsive host. Everything I needed was available. I found the surrounding neighborhood safe and welcoming, and appreciated being able to walk to downtown, to local grocery stores and bakery, and easy access to the greenway.
