Great stay! Off the main road, but easy walk to downtown and breweries. Definitely recommend.

This place is exactly what you see in the photos. Beautiful. Easy self check-in and the garage spot is golden. The deck is huge, private, and a gorgeous view. The bedrooms are good size and at opposite ends for privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts and morning coffee on that gorgeous deck! Great location, definitely hit Daddy Mac's next door for a burger and a beer. And tons of breweries/restaurants in walking distance. As others have noted - it's at the bottom of a good hill! But it just makes the walk home that much easier every night! Only issue we had was the WiFi. They responded immediately and had a tech there to check it out within a couple hours, but the WiFi never really did work. Frustrating because service was sketchy/slow on my iPad trying to look things up to do. But we weren't home much and never called again about the issue, so hopefully they got it squared away for the next guys! Overall - we highly recommend this unit and will be back!

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and our kids loved the games set out. Hosts were friendly. Being under a pottery studio was a nice bonus, getting to see all the beautiful pottery around the place. The location was great, too. Close to downtown but in a peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

This place is in a great, walkable location! It was easy to access, very clean, and perfect for our home base during our Asheville stay! The parking area was easy to find and very convenient to the unit. There are tons of great shops and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. We highly recommend this spot and unit!

This as our second time staying with Town's. Their properties are always clean, spacious and comfortable. This building is very convenient and easy to walk the entire downtown Asheville from. We love being able to move around to so many great spots on foot. I will look to stay here again for our next trip,

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

Lovely place and location — could walk to most everything. The street at night was not very noisy and you could not hear neighbors. Everything was very clean and orderly except the patio, which was quite dirty (had to clean before sitting), including the floor. The ice maker did not work which was a bummer (had to run out and buy ice), but other than that, this place was great and highly recommend it!

My friend and I came to Asheville for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Restoration Hotel. Kristin's place couldn't have been more perfect. It is located in downtown Asheville and within walking distance to everything you could need. We had a 5 min walk to the hotel. During our downtime, we explored the downtown area. Lots of wonderful restaurants, specifically Early Girl Cafe and Tupelo Honey. And right downstairs is a great little place to grab a Poke bowl. The condo was very spacious, clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. I felt right at home. Thank you, Kristin, for hosting us. I definitely plan to return to Asheville. Kathi

We loved this condo! Super comfortable, extremely clean and well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect: super walkable with tons to do and some great restaurants close by. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great place to stay and close to everything would definitely stay again

Great spot to share. We loved being over a bakery that offered excellent breakfasts. Short drive to most places, or you could walk 1+ miles to get to lively neighborhoods. I was concerned about it being a third-floor walkup, but it wasn't a problem. Only a couple things to be aware of: although it has a full, well-stocked kitchen, there is no dining area--you'd need to eat on the small couch using the coffee table or your laps. Also Charlotte Street has lots of traffic which you can hear from the bedrooms--not honking or brakes, just the sound of cars driving by.

Beautiful condo and very peacefull. Loved the deck and seclusion. Excellent hosts. Would stay there again.

This condo is clean and comfortable. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and enjoyed them. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. This a nice spot to stay just outside of downtown Asheville. Close to Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and some small towns we visited. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Robertino's Airbnb was perfect! Comfy beds, quiet, walkable to restaurants, breweries, and the botanical garden. He was a wonderful host - probably the best I've had since renting through Airbnb. I would definitely stay there again!

Very convenient. Safe, spotless, and comfortable.

Very comfortable, sparkling clean, very nice bedding/linens, furnishing and decor. It felt more like staying at a designer friend’s place than an Airbnb. There were many special touches to ensure comfort. The location is wonderful with most of downtown Asheville within a 10-15 minutes walk. The outdoor space was enjoyed by my family. Only downside is that the busy road nearby is quite noisy. At night I used earplugs just to avoid being woken up by the occasional trucks and loud speeding cars.
