Good location, walkable neighborhood, good layout for families, plenty of parking space.

Jon was a gracious host - responsive and very easy to work with. The home is very cozy and comfortable, and was just an overall great experience. We are a family of 6, and our kids had a ball. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and have quiet time. We’d definitely stay here again if ever revisiting Charleston! Proximity to downtown and local shopping/stores was excellent. Highly recommend.

Ryan and Tanya were great at communicating with me with any questions that I asked, even if it was late. Their house was beautiful and roomy. I can’t be not mention the pool, enjoyed every bit of it. 😁 They provided an abundant of supplies for us to use -dish washer pods, laundry pods, towels, and etc. can’t forget the little welcome basket and wine. Thank you for sharing your home for the weekend, can’t wait to come back to Charleston again.

This was my first Air B&B experience. I wanted something more comfortable for a trip for my mom and I to visit my son and it was extremely comforable. It was clean, had the necessities there for cooking, laundry, etc. Jon had some great touches with holiday decorations and small bottles of lotions, etc. He was very easy to get ahold of and reached out to check on things. It really was a great experience!

The location is off the beaten path but it was close to where my daughter lives in the Woodwind housing track. This property was spacious with good-sized rooms. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked for cooking and it was easy to work in that kitchen. Refrigerator and freezer were spacious. The laundry, bath-rooms all had signs, which sounds silly, but it made it easier to get oriented the first few days. We liked the property so much we started looking at similar properties in the tract.

Beautiful home ! Was beautifully decorated for Christmas which my kids loved!! The pool was super clean and nice, garage was great added area for kids ! Decently close to downtown Charleston had a great stay

My husband and I had a delightful stay here with our two grandchildren while visiting family in the area. The home was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable with soft, cozy bedding. The towels were of great quality and plentiful. We will definitely book again when we're in town.

Definitely a great stay if your staying in the area

My family and I stayed here to visit my father nearby. Weather kept us from enjoying much of the outside, but inside was spacious and beautiful. We will be back for sure!

Charming, historic cottage with local shopping and dining close by. The serene setting, pristine gardens, and sweet Kitty are so inviting. Enjoyed coffee on the patio and listening to song birds to start our days. Charleston is easily accessible, but it’s so nice to “come home” to peace and quiet. Linwood Cottage is definitely on our “let’s do it again” list.

Luan’s place was as described!! Very comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. Spacious with many TVs for viewing. My family extended twice. lol

This cottage was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family. The location is peaceful and gives the illusion of remoteness while still being close to shopping & downtown Charleston. It was the perfect size for the two of us, but still enough room for a family dinner. We'll definitely look to book again next time we're in the area. Excellent communication with the owners, always prompt which is appreciated.

There aren’t enough words that can describe how perfect our stay was. The home is fantastic and the view is priceless!! The house is stocked with everything you could think of needing and so many comfortable areas to just hang out and watch the river. I would describe our hosts as going ABOVE & BEYOND to make our stay perfect. Their communication is EXCELLENT and they are super fast to respond to any questions. They are so kind and caring - they knew what we were down there to celebrate and left a very special, handwritten note for our son. I can’t thank yall enough for making our stay super special. Hanging out at the fire pit created so many priceless memories. As soon as the opportunity presents itself, we WILL be back. You made us feel like we were family and for that, we are forever grateful.

Jay’s home was in a pretty and quiet, peaceful neighborhood 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. There were stores close by and nearby fast food or local restaurants that are convenient. The home is roomy and uncluttered with ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Lots of room in the kitchen for your food and the coffee maker is single keurig and a full pot so that is very nice! Big dining table and small table in the kitchen, beds and pillows are comfortable, linens and towels are good quality. We had 8 adults and an infant and we were very comfortable and pleased with our weekend here! Thank you Jay!

I would recommend replacing the master bedroom bed it's sinking. not sure about the other beds I haven't slept on them
