We were in town for a wedding so we spent most of our time at the venue but when we were at the house, we felt like we were home. The deck was a perfect place to have our morning coffee, even if it was a bit nippy. In the right weather, it would be ideal for porch sitting, coffee sipping, book reading, and maybe even an afternoon nap! Heather was easy to talk to through the whole process. She didn’t get upset with the million questions we had - or at least she didn’t lead on that she was - and was very quick to respond. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we know where we’re staying! 🩵🏡

We had a wonderful stay in Summerville at Colleen’s lovely cottage. She had it all decorated for the holidays so it was like walking into a magical setting and we loved it! It was the perfect place for our visit with family nearby and it made our stay so special. It was just as perfect for our little Jack Russell, Jax…he loved the surroundings as much as we did! We would highly recommend Colleen’s place to anyone wanting a cozy, comfortable cottage in historic Summerville!

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Charleston and want to stay in the suburbs. Very quiet, nice and safe neighborhood. Kitchen was well outfitted and Melissa was always available if we needed something or had a had a question. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the coolest properties I have rented to date. Every day I noticed something new and interesting in the decor. It was a great size for our family and the ping pong table provided endless hours of fun. Everything was very clean. Some other reviews had issue with supplies in the kitchen but I did not find that to be the case for our stay. Michelle was super sweet and responsive.

Iris was a great host! She worked with us and accommodated a later check out time which helped us out so we didn’t have to rush. We enjoyed our stay and loved the beauty of the neighborhood.

We were displaced from our home due to Hurricane Helene and we’re looking for a pet friendly option near family. Mel’s place was a fantastic and quiet stay for us. The backyard is huge and the house smelled so clean when we walked in. All the instructions were perfectly laid out and it was easy to access. We are thrilled with this stay and it made us feel right at home. Mel was super helpful to us as a host. We would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a stress free time.

This place definitely exceeded expectations. Joseph was extremely responsive and helpful and everything was as advertised. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could think of. We especially appreciated the popcorn left for us when we came back from a long day out! The mattresses and linens were top notch and we all slept great! It was much too cold for pool use but I could tell it was well maintained and we were a little disappointed it wasn’t summertime! We were lacking nothing and commented more than once on what a great job they had done with this little rental. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful 7 day stay At Susan’s cottage while we were waiting to close on our home. In Summerville. The cottage was in a great location and was charming, comfortable, and peaceful. We had our dog Beau with us and all felt right at home. The cottage was nicely equipped with everything we needed including many special touches. We highly recommend Susan’s cottage for anyone who is looking for a memorable stay in Summerville.

Beautiful home ! Was beautifully decorated for Christmas which my kids loved!! The pool was super clean and nice, garage was great added area for kids ! Decently close to downtown Charleston had a great stay

This was our second stay at the Cozy Corner! It is a wonderful place, do not 2nd guess staying here! Tiffany is an amazing host and is always responsive to any question that could pop up. She even had a Christmas tree out for our last stay, which was through Christmas Day! We have a 9 year old son who was over the moon to see that when we walked in!!

Game room was awesome for the kids. Loved the outdoor fire pit. Great place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bri's cozy house. It felt fresh and clean like home and had a perfect balance of decorated style without it being cluttered or feeling too bare. It is in Sangaree which is incredibly convenient for my family as we were there visiting and it's my home town. We outgrew the last air bnb we frequently stayed so finding the perfect size for my family of 4 is a relief. We plan to rebook here for future trips home. It had everything we needed and even had games for unplugged family time. The beds were comfy and the bedding felt fresh and fluffy. It was the perfect home base for us to relax and enjoy.

We had a wonderful family Christmas get together! Thomas was very responsive to messages and questions that I had.

Great value! Very roomy at a discreet location with low traffic. Only a few minor or negligibe inconveniences either already disclosed or typical of such dwellings. We had a good stay overall. The 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms were more than adequate for our group of 5. The massive front yard had plenty of space for pets to run around. Christy was a great host!

Absolutely love this place! I've stayed two different times now and both were for work. Would definitely come back.

The pictures and descriptions were beautiful but everything was so much BETTER than the pictures! The pond and surrounding areas were beautiful...I enjoyed the view and ducks. The inside smells great and like a brand new home. There's a door separating the living room and bedroom for privacy. If I need to come back to Charleston I'd definitely be looking to stay again. Again, thank you, Matt, for everything!
