Monthly Rentals in Donji Zagon

The place was calm and the apartment had everything you could need ! Fully equipped kitchen, enough towels and enough space. It was very clean and well kept, but the biggest compliments goes to Klaudia ! We had troubles getting there and she really cared about us like a family member, gave tips and we felt so so welcomed ! It was the New Years and she gifted us some delicious sweets ! I am really thankful to her for showing how nice Croatian people are ! Hvala hvala 🥰

Just perfect! The house and apartment are very new, lovingly and tastefully furnished. Everything you need for a great stay has really been thought of. The kitchen is a dream, where you can really cook and not just warm up food. The terrace is very cozy and has a nice view. There is also a large awning that automatically moves in when it's too windy. The communication with Marijo was very nice, always very helpful and also proactive. The welcome and care by his lovely parents was incredibly nice. The apartment is located just outside the noisy center of Novi Vinodolski, which is very pleasant. Beautiful beaches and an excellent restaurant (Marengo) are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back! Thanks a lot!

Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need, even for longer stays. I also appreciate the garden area, perfect for dogs. The location is a bit out of the way, but good for hiking in the surrounding hills and only a short drive down to the beach. And Edo is helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Croatia.

The place was nice and comfortable you feel like home. In the kitchen there are all the necessary appliances for preparing food. The sea is less than ten minutes away on foot, and a Lidl is also very close.
