The space was very clean, well-maintained, it felt recently updated and matched the description and photos perfectly. Location was great being about 1 mile from beach parking. The bed was comfortable the kitchen was stocked with enough utensils and dishes. We had a comfortable and relaxing weekend away!

We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Communication was constant and simple. It is the first Airbnb that I have stayed at, where the photos did not do the place justice. It was even nicer than what the photos showed - and that's saying a lot. The house was extremely clean and very open. There was never a point where I found something dirty or had any negative reaction. The pool area was spotless and the grill was very clean. Ran into two issues on our stay. The listing said 5 beds, but there were only 3 (one in each of the 3 bedrooms). I was told that there was 2 roller way beds (full size) and after searching high and low, I reached out to the owner. Later that night, a gentleman came and found one that was in a storage closet, but couldn't locate the other. We were able to make sleeping arrangements work, regardless. The only suggestion I have to make the place feel more at home, is that there are no kitchen towels, dish towels or oven mitts. This made things a little difficult, and is a quick fix.

This is an adorable two-bedroom cottage with a large living room. The location is easily walkable to a number of restaurants and bars. These establishments were close enough to sit in the backyard and listen to the live bands playing at those venues. I loved that! The house was immaculate and nicely furnished and it was centrally located to downtown and close to Punta Gorda Isles and Port Charlotte. Easy to find off the interstate. Would return!

Beautiful, spotless, spacious property only feet away from the Shamrock trail. We enjoyed the daily walks along the Venice canal. Both Venice and Nokomis beach are minutes drive away. The beach chairs and towels are a great bonus Yelena supplied. The location is convenient but still tucked away and peaceful from the busy roads. We’ll definitely be back!

Sadie was wonderful! The details weren't exactly clear that the garage being rented out as a separate airbnb so having my child with me that was concerning but Sadie did a great job working with us and made us feel right at home. Her place was the best and cleanest we've ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

This worked well for our group of 8. We originally thought this was 1 big house, but it is actually 3 separate units. We were close enough to each other, but had our space at the same time. Being at the end of the canal was a little challenging for our boat since it sat on the bottom at low tide, but we were able to make it work. The units are beautiful, clean, and well maintained! Well stocked with plenty of fresh towels, blankets, and each unit has a washer & dryer.

Our stay at Leroy's place was just great. It was a great location. Easy to find. Easy check in. The place was clean. Kitchen was clean with all the amenities you need. Lots of clean linens ans towels. Bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was always cool and big ceiling fans. The bathroom was very clean and good size. The washer and dryer was an awesome thing to have. We loved the screened in back porch and enjoyed our evenings out there. The neighborhood was nice and great. No sirens ans loud cars or cars going by with loud music. It felt very respectful of one another. Leroy's place was not close to our venue, but it was such a nice stay for a great place, we would DEFINITELY stay again and highly recommend to others!

loved this little place close to the beach. It was perfect for our spring break get away. the beach was close, the heated pool was definitely a favorite. there was plenty of room for our whole group to have their own space and great common area. kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans, utensils exc that you would need to cook your own food. the only negative thing in can say is the bikes all need a little work.

We had a wonderful stay. It basically appeared to be brand new. It was recently refurbished. They did a great job. Great communications and amenities. They even had a small gift for my pet, Yorkie. They made sure we had ice in the freezer, coffee packets and s treat for my dog. These ladies had some great amenities -- things, as a man, I would not have even thought about. It was nice to have a lady's touch. Thank you. My home was flood damaged and we had to get out of the house for ten days. I wanted something small, comfortable and close to downtown Punta Gorda, my office and my church. It completely filled the bill. Also met some really nice people in the adjacent room and shared dinner with them. They were in a similar situation with renovations and also had good words to share about our hosts. My Yorkie, only nine months old was a bit nervous and chewed the end of the rocking chairs. I'm trying to contact my hosts so I can compensate them.

Apartment is brand new, extremely clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable, masterfully appointed, and nicely laid out with great space. The screen porch is cozy off the back and overlooks a lovely back yard and waterway. Neighborhood is as expected of rotonda west post hurricane.

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

My daughters & I stayed in Nokomis for a spring break beach trip. Dan's place was exactly as described in the listing. The entire place was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We used the paddle boards and kayaks during our stay, as well as the beach chairs & umbrella. It was so nice to have everything for the beach available for us to borrow. Nokomis Beach is only a few minutes from the condo. We enjoyed several short trips to Venice for restaurants and coffee shops. Dan responded quickly to any questions I sent. We had an excellent stay at Dan's and would definitely stay there again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home. Bradley was very responsive to messages and he and Derek were in the area and frequently asked if we needed anything during our stay. We have never had such a positive experience with vacation owners as we had with the owners during this trip. The property was gorgeous, clean, and completely modern with updated appliances and wonderful views of the ocean water from the deck- we spent a lot of time hanging out there because it was so comfortable and clean. The amenities were great and the owners truly thought of everything from small touches of a welcome basket to toiletries, linens and towels- it was more than we expected. It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely rent from Casa Key LLC again!

We had such an amazing stay! The location is steps to the beach, steps to the pool and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Our condo was AMAZING! Everything was very modern and absolutely beautiful. There were so many thoughtful bonus touches that made our family feel right at home. I am SO glad we chose this gem of a spot for our trip!

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

I was really impressed from the moment I arrived. Everything in the apartment is nicely labeled and was well organized and clean. You can tell they pay attention to detail. There was a nicely done local guide, as well. The property feels like a mini resort - they’ve done a nice job with the pool/grill/outdoor area. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

We had a great stay at Igor’s place! The home was super clean & Igor had great communication the entire time. The WiFi was out due to the recent storm & without being asked Igor had a hotspot brought by so we could still have WiFi. Definitely recommend this home if you are looking for something cozy & clean!
