We needed 2 days of absolute tranquility in nature, magnificent forest close to the place. The old house is restored with a lot of love for detail - a place to feel good for the whole family. Beautiful living room with foosball, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, nice and functional bathroom; the apartment was clearly much better than we expected. We loved everything - a special highlight were the breakfast eggs as a greeting from the chicken coop. Arriving by car, then you will soon be in the Mecklenburger Seenlandschaft.

Our stay at Catrin's beautiful house in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was just perfect! The quiet location surrounded by fantastic nature offered pure relaxation. The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished, equipped with everything you need – even a washing machine, dryer and ovens that create a great atmosphere. Our children loved the play opportunities, and we felt comfortable immediately. Catrin was a fantastic host: friendly, proactive and always responsive. Thanks for the unforgettable time!

We spent four nights in the apartment and were so pleased with our experience. We were warmly greeted by a family member, who got us set up right away. The apartment is modern in every way, but also finished with so many personal touches (the wood work!)…the Danes would call it “hygge”; not sure what the German equivalent is :-) The place is comfy and cozy and perfect space for 2-3 people. The yard and balconies are also hygge, and the farm setting is very peaceful, although you really don’t even realize there are animals there. They helped us make connections related to family research in the area, and were always ready with local tips when needed; well above and beyond and very much appreciated. As other reviewers have stated, this property is really well located for interesting day trips. Schwerin and Wismar are beautiful! And shopping for necessities is also near by. Great people - we highly recommend!
