host was really responsive throughout, made everything so much better. place was fantastic, felt really local and location was about 10-15 mins from everything touristy! everything you need in the apartment as well. only thing is that the water pressure from the showers is really really small but everything else was fantastic! stairs are steep and youll have to climb 4 levels so take note too

The place was great overall. Away from the boulevard so very quiet. It's not a problem as long as we respond to the client's request but I never knew who I was messaging, sometimes it was Tuan, sometimes his sister, sometimes another member of his family... but they found a solution or an answer to my questions without difficulty👍. there's just one bad point: the mechanism to automatically fill the toilet flush was almost completely clogged by limestone, but fortunately in Vietnam there is always a water gun with the toilet, so I manually filled the water tank in 40 seconds with the water gun right next door. between the accommodation and the owner everything went smoothly during my month of stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Easily the best AirBnB stay I've ever had in all of Vietnam. I can't recommend enough. Not only is the unit gorgeous, but the host adds so much extra value with the perfect, fun, thoughtful communication. The mark of a great place is one I fear I cannot stay during my expected vacation dates. Looking forward to booking many more extended stays here.
