Monthly Rentals in Điện Nam Đông

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

A great value. Great accomodations and a great host! Check in was easy. As soon as I was inside the gate I was greeted and got offered help with my bags. The whole compound is private and gated in with someone on site 24/7. The bungalow was clean and exactly as pictured. The host Bao is extremely accomatdating as well. I was only able to book one night through the app last minute, but was able to stay for a few days longer as Bao offered me to stay in the room for the same rate for as many days needed. I really appreciated that. I arrived at night on the eve of the holiday so there wasn't much open. The host offered to cook some dinner for me. I also had some hot coffee on the house as well. Over all a great stay, I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Hoi An area. I would recommend to people who like a bit of privacy and not too much hustle and bustle of tourist areas. If you have a motorbike old town and all of the tourist places are just a 10-12 min ride away.

The place is great with all the facilities like private pool, bath tub, fridge and everything. Also everything is nearby and also they rent bicycles which is really great.
