Monthly Rentals in Dewey Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy. We even took up a new hobby (doing puzzles) while we stayed in from the cold, and now it's a pastime we'll cherish. There were several good restaurants to visit in the area. Jacqueline was very responsive whenever we had questions and communicated well. We're really grateful for the memories we made here!

Great location close to the beach and in walkable distance to many spots. Also a convenient spot for driving to other spots to explore. As stated in the listing, the space is on the bottom floor so for privacy the window shades stayed down. Everything in the place is meticulously labeled with instructions that were easy to follow. Ben gave us a quick call on our day of check in to offer support and suggestions if needed and he communicated well during our stay.

We had a great time at the house! The house was very clean and comfortable. The dining table and living room furniture fit our group of 7 perfectly (and could have easily fit more). The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well. The location provided easy access to the beach, and there was a great coffee shop/cafe right at the end of the street. We loved that the house offered two king sized beds which is sometimes hard to find in a house this size/price. David responded quickly when we had a question and was very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this rental to others and would certainly rent this house again if we visit this area again.
