Raffi is more than a super host. He can't do enough to enhance your stay and ensure you have everything you need. He telephoned me before we left home for Palm Springs and asked when our flight was scheduled to land in Palm Springs. When he heard we would be arriving in the early evening, he filled our fridge with cheese, charcuterie, salads, bottled water, and white wine and supplied crackers as well so that we wouldn't have to go out grocery shopping that evening. So generous and thoughtful! The condo became our "home away from home", which is the highest compliment I can give. The condo was immaculate, well furnished, with a very comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need to make virtually any dinner. I do cook from recipes I bring while we're on vacation so this was really appreciated! We really enjoyed the Casa Verde community, both people who live there and those on vacation, a real bonus. I highly recommend this property.

Nice clean place in a great little community in the north end of Palm Springs. Community has nice tennis/paddle.board courts, a nice pool that was actually warm and a spa that was actually hot! Steve was a great host and was super responsive to any queries we had.

I am a travel RN. Stayed here for 2 months. Everything was great. Close to downtown Palm Springs area. Bed is comfortable. Pool/hot tub close to the unit. Would rent again.
