We couldn’t have found a better place. The location was great and the place was wonderful. This is a spacious house and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for hosting and providing such an incredible experience.

I rented Scott and Chad’s home for my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, the location was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and having TVs in every room was a great touch. Scott and Chad were friendly, responsive, and very informative, which made everything so easy. I would definitely book this house again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

This is a great spot in Denver and the hosts were super accommodating, as our group experienced travel complications. The place itself if very spacious and full of areas to gather and use. We slept 11 comfortably (if you don’t mind pull out sofas and comfy couches). The amenities are spectacular! Between the hot tub, sauna and every other little detail this place was an ideal destination for a large group to come and enjoy. My only negative comment is that the water pressure and hot water were very inconsistent and unpredictable but still nothing to deter us from giving this a 5 star review.

Jordan’s house I n Denver was wonderful. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. Was very kid friendly as well which my family appreciated. I highly recommend staying there as it was a wonderful experience.

We have been looking forward to visiting for a while and really enjoyed the few days we spent here. The space is great and we had a good time exploring the neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay at the Cin Cin Inn! The house was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was stocked with everything we needed, and if we happened to need anything extra, the grocery store was conveniently right around the corner. There was also ample parking space, which made things even more convenient for our group. The communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. The fence made the property easy to find, which was a nice touch. One of our favorite features was the breezeway—it was absolutely amazing! Everyone loved it, and we spent a lot of time out there just enjoying the space. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect for any get together. So much great space for a large group. Everything you could think of was included. The location is perfect, quick access to the city as well as the highway leading to the mountains. David was a fantastic host. His home was beautiful and clearly designed with care and attention. Highly recommended!

Large home- great to accommodate a large family or multiple families. Definitely have a 4wd car as they say in the winter months. Thank you for the stay!

The house was great! Exactly what we needed for our birthday visit.

This was our 3rd year staying at this property and everything was perfect as usual. Perfect layout, huge kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, great sun room, this property has everything and a big yard!

Aleah’s place was great for our guys trip out to Denver. The house was as advertised, had great spaces for sleeping and hanging out, as well as great views of downtown from the balcony. The house was clean, and easy to check in and out of. Aleah was very responsive and ensured we had what we needed for a great day. Location is walkable to LoHi or downtown, and a convenient spot to get cheap ubers around. Parking was easy out front with our rental car, and there was easy access in and out of the city. Was a great stay!

This cabin was peaceful, beautifully decorated and located next to a national forest! It was the perfect mountain getaway for my friends and I to spend quality time together. The living room was the perfect place to sit together, drink coffee, and enjoy the view. It came with a fire burning stove, two fridges, and a deck with grill. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and gave detailed instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed visiting Nederland, CO, a small mountain Colorado town with the feel of towns 30 years ago. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting an escape with friends and pets.

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

This home was perfect for our large, multigenerational family with lots to do in the home and locally. It was only 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Denver. Great value and great home!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

The place was easy access to the National Western Stock Show. It had plenty of room for our large group.

Really nice place to stay & responsive host. Big backyard that our dogs and toddler loved running around.

This was our second stay at Gina's place. Top notch as before. Gina is a great communicator and it's clear she takes a lot of pride in her guests experience.
