Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Denver

Allan’s place is a modern cozy single bedroom apartment / adu. He gave lots of info on things to do and places to eat. He was nice enough to give us an additional mattress to accommodate my colleague. The area was a quiet suburb right next to downtown amenities. It was very cold when we visited and luckily the apartment was nice and warm.

Awesome stay. Super clean & comfortable.

Blair’s place was phenomenal. I stayed for nearly a month due to work in Denver, and it made me feel right at home. Also, a perfect base camp for weekends exploring the mountains! Very responsive and super friendly. Would gladly stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

Great home to stay in. Longer but walkable to down town and great restaurants all around. Welcome binder has everything you need for information, we didn't have to look to find anything we needed. House was cozy and clean. Would 100% stay here again

This was the perfect home away from home - literally! We needed to be out of our own home for a few days and this was the perfect place to land for us and our two dogs. The home was comfortable, cozy and super clean. The back yard an oasis, the hot tub an added bonus which we enjoyed on a chilly CO night. The ‘igloo’ kept us warm and out of the wind. Close to everything and had all the little extras to make us comfortable and feel at home. We got to meet Sam and enjoyed our numerous conversations with him. We will have another opportunity to stay again in the near future and hope it’s available for our dates. Thanks for hosting us and our ‘boys’, they are infatuated with your yard!

Amelia was responsive and friendly. The house rules and check out are very laid back. The house was clean and smelled fresh when I came in. The tap is not drinkable in commerce City but water bottles and filtered water were provided.

Comfortable, has lots of supplies that were convenient, & great at communicating!

The house was located to easily get to restaurants around Westminster. There has plenty of room for multiple families so everyone can have some privacy. My grandson and I enjoyed walking out the backyard gate and walking around the pond. Hannah was very responsive to any questions and the neighborhood was very quiet.

The place was great! Very quiet and felt comfortable. Very walkable for museums, capital area and Ubers to other parts were not expensive. Sarah and Garrett were very responsive and helpful from the moment we landed. We would totally recommend to a couple during tourism things in Denver. We will be back again!

It was amazing stay and host! Felt right at home.

Erin and Michael were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful, gracious and accommodating. My stay was comfortable. The space was clean and had thoughtful touches. I enjoyed the rooftop lounge and view. Their cat Poppy spent a lot of time with me, gave me company, comfort and love. I had come here directly from Western North Carolina having experienced the aftermath of the rains and Hurricane Helene. Poppy was therapy for me! ❤️

We just stayed at Brian’s place over Labor Day. He was incredibly helpful and let us check in early after a bad experience at another airbnb. His place is INCREDIBLE. 360 degree views of downtown Denver, the Rockies etc. We sat outside every evening - it was so lovely. He lives within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from his place. Also the place itself is great- he has an incredible bathroom with a 3 head steam shower and a soaking tub. We will stay there the next time we are in Denver if it’s available!
