Please note tent is NOT in the “woods” it is in a mountain community with houses around, you will hear neighbor dogs and ducks🦆. The bathhouse is fully plumbed and the tent has a gas fireplace & electricity which would be hard to do in the “woods”. 😉 you will be pleasantly surprised. It has 65'' TV, microwave, fridge, boiler, silverware, dishes, cups, iron, and clean sheets and towels. There is open space around the property and backyard with seats to enjoy a nice stay outside during summer. Please note, the house is made of wood, light noise may occur from footsteps or AC system.

Staying at John’s place was a pleasant experience! From the moment I booked the Tinyhouse, John and Jenn were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were assisting us when we arrived and were always available to answer any queries we had. The property itself was clean, cozy, well-maintained, and with beautiful details in every room. Jenn came at morning to share with us Blueberry Scones which were as warm as her beautiful heart, we could affirm that John and Jenn care deeply about their guests. It was the first time in Colorado, it was the best experience for us, I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for attentive, friendly, knowledgeable hosts. Thank you for the hospitality John and Jenn!

Marilyn was helpful and really nice, but had a very long list of rules… too many rules/guidelines to actually remember all of them. Everything was really clean and she provided everything we needed to make it feel like home! She was very easy to work with and I definitely recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was a bit apprehensive at first due to an earlier review about smell. I don't think it was musky, I think it was just the detergent used for laundry but honestly it was okay. The hot tub was perfect and exactly what I was looking for :) very friendly hosts! I would stay here again forsure

We were only able to stay one night but the place was set up perfectly for 2 couples. Although we didn’t need it there was a small child-sized bunk bed in the master bedroom which would be great for families. The house and location had a country feel and Bethany even gave us some of her fresh duck eggs to try! Would stay here again!!

This place is perfect if you want access to both the Red Rocks and the front range but also easy access into the city. This cottage is very private and perfect to relax and use as a home base for adventures. Target is 5 minutes away if you need anything while you are in town.

Kuvy's place was fantastic - warm and welcoming after a hotel stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated with extra amenities like breakfast items in the freezer and fully stocked coffee and tea, etc. She also provided great restaurant recommendations and was very friendly. I'd definitely look to stay here again!

Nancy was all the wonderful things you wish from a host. There were many events happening on the same weekend I was in Boulder and when I thought I wasn't going to find somewhere affordable or close enough to my venue, Nancy offered me her home. Immediately, she gave me a peace of mind. I had somewhere safe to stay for the weekend. She coordinated to have me picked up by Gary, her husband, from the bus stop - with all of my bags and she shared her home with me and made me feel comfortable. Nancy even made me delicious breakfast, 2 days in a row!! She took the time and researched directions for me, any time I needed to take public transportation. She communicated immediately each time I reached out, she was funny and warm and felt like a friend the moment we began to talk till the moment I left. The room was clean and organized, the bed was firm just the way love it. Blankets warm, towels clean and fluffy. If I had the chance, I would stay with Nancy, Gary and Mel (dog) again.
