Waterfront vacation rentals in Deltona

Susan greeted me with a smile. She was kind and made me feel right at home. The space was everything I expected and more. Located right on the Indian River and saturated with that hard to find old Florida vibe. She recommended local restaurants and used a tourist style map to help me find my bearings. She prepared the room with plenty of free snacks and waters. The kitchen was fully stocked. I could tell she takes pride in her role as super host! I messed up my reservation and needed to stay an extra night. It wasn’t able to be resolved on the app, so she spent an hour of her time making sure I was taken care of on the phone with AirBnB. She went above and beyond to make my stay special. She smiled and sent me on my way just to be sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend Susan and her property. Thanks, Eric

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary weekend and it was amazing! The area is so private and beautiful. Cheryl and Tod were so incredibly friendly and attentive to us the minute we got there and were even nice enough to show us around and answer any questions we had. The airbnb itself was very nice and cozy and had an amazing view even just through the window. It was super clean and they even had helpful things around like a list of recommendations for local restaurants! Kayaking was definitely a huge highlight we had a blast doing that and the sunsets are truly one of a kind. They also have 2 little dogs that are the cutest dogs ever!! Overall we highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed!!

Our stay at Ariana's place was impeccable. The attention to details made our stay enjoyable. Clean and cozy lake front cottage feel. Beautiful views of the lake from the deck and inside windows. The weather was not great during our stay but it was beautiful to watch the rain from inside on the cozy couch or dining table through large beautiful windows. The apartment was clean, well stocked with laundry essentials, small amount of spices in the cabinets, dishes, plenty of linens. Joni was sweet and called before our reservation to let us know of a cancelation. Dennis was on property during our stay and very friendly. I can't recommend this property more if you are looking for great hosts and "like home" feel for your trip.

The property was perfect! It’s was walkable to Eau Gallie and the grounds are gorgeous. We opened the window one evening for a picturesque view of the lagoon with the moon shining down. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were just what we needed and the room was quiet. The host, KC was responsive and friendly. We appreciated our place.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place very and would definitely stay there again. The location was great. We could see the sunrise over the ocean and sunset set each day over the river each day. I would highly recommend this place.

This place was an incredible stay for our weekend. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the outdoor views, the sunset and sunrise were absolutely beautiful. Courtney was very responsive and very helpful with any inquiries we had. I would highly recommend this place and will also be going back.

Paul and Natalie were amazing host, very responsive and helpful. My family and I travel a lot for my kid’s football and stay in a lot of different Airbnb properties. This property, by far is the best property I’ve stayed at. We typically are very picky where we stay and want the best experience while on vacation and my expectations were exceeded. Our football tournament is once a year in New Smyrna which is about a 50min drive to the property and I don’t mind the extra drive at for an experience like this. I also drove all the way from NewYork and got to Florida a lot sooner than expected, they were so kind to work with me and get me in sooner. Overall, the best experience I’ve had at an Airbnb.

We really enjoyed the space. It was perfect for our large family. The living area was great size and plenty of room for all of us. The views were amazing and very peaceful location with a great little coffee shop close by and pizza joint. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect! There are many things to do inside the building as well as outside, the days go by quickly, I definitely recommend it, beautiful views of the sea, the pools, the boardwalk. I will rent it again for my next vacation.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

We enjoyed a great stay here and felt right at home. We didn't have any issues finding the place. Access to the unit was clear and easy. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.. I prefer to cook instead of going out to eat. The kitchen had everything I needed. There were plenty of towels provided. The unit has a full size washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the weather did not permit for us to use the kayaks. The owner responded quickly to our questions. We look forward to another possible stay in the future.

Perfect place for our visit. Close to where we golfed and close to Disney. Great views from rear balcony of lake and able to see Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks from front elevator balcony. The property was as advertised and very nice. Very easy to get to and very easy to check in. Would definitely use again if we returned.

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!
