Vacation rentals with a patio in Delaware

Florin's apartment was perfect! I've stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was definitely one of the best I've visited. Every detail carefully considered, making it feel like home. I like to cook and their kitchen had everything that I needed. There were extra blankets, board games, you name it. Even though I was traveling alone, the second bedroom had a bunk bed that could easily sleep three people. The apartment complex had plenty of parking, and the location was great for easy access to shops and restaurants. Lewes is a short 10 minute drive away. Everything was very convenient, and as a solo female traveler it was incredibly safe. I worked "from home" all week and never had issues with the WiFi. I can't say enough good things about this apartment. Would highly recommend!

Everything was as the listing showed. Loved every minute of vacation. The house was great. Our 4yo dog loved the stay as well. Will definitely book with Tom again!!

What a great place to stay. The home was filled with everything you need including sheets towels toiletries. It was nice not having to bring your sheets. We even made a turkey dinner with no problems. Home is just as pictured. I couldn’t wait to see it and was not disappointed. TJ answered all my questions and was allot of help with everything. Will definitely return. Oh and the pricing was reasonable which was an extra bonus. I Highly recommend.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

This was an amazing place to stay. Close to everything from outlets to coffee shops to bars and restaurants. Really well stocked kitchen and cozy atmosphere. Would love to stay here again!

Honestly I didn't realize Lewes existed west of Ocean Highway, but I'm so glad it does. This is a great location for a low-key beach weekend. You're super close to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Cape Henelopen but not right on top of it. It's an oasis. Thomas was super helpful and responsive. I couldn't ask for anything more from a host.

Nice place- hosted two employees here while they were in town on business. A couple pest issues, but hosts were very responsive to send over pest control and issues were dealt with. Would stay here again! Thanks!

The house was beautiful, well kept up, clean and furnished nicely. The location was perfect since it was near to the beaches and activities that we wanted to do in the area. Loved the big kitchen and our doggy had a great time running around in the fenced in backyard! Sharee was easy to communicate with and she provided very helpful information about the area, especially about places to eat. I would highly recommend this home to others.

We loved our stay at Nancy's! I didn't expect it to be half a mile away from the beach BUT trolley to the beach stops right in front of the house! We are big train and trolley fans so it was joy riding the trolley everyday to the beach. You can walk to the boardwalk too. It's about a 20 min walk if you want to get some walking in. The is a lovely family run owned Italian food market and bakery a 3 minute walk away. You can stop in the morning for an espresso and a loaf of bread or croissants. I felt European! Lol! We would definitely go back!

Since this was the second time we have booked, it’s obvious we are true fans! The townhome is sparkling clean and lovingly maintained. Our elderly, mobility challenged family member says she felt like royalty, between the huge master suite and the elevator. Our host, Leigh, made sure we had extra items on hand to cook a holiday meal, including a turkey roaster and serving platter. There are lots of spaces for privacy, if needed, though we had a blast visiting, playing table games and taking chilly, wintry walks together. At any time of year, we highly recommend Leigh’s place for a family or group, especially if the added benefit of the elevator will make a difference.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Margot’s Cottage. The home was clean and comfortable and the community amenities such as the pool & bocce courts were within a five minute walk and provided hours of fun for kids & adults alike. You’re a short drive from the main street in Lewes and many beaches. The host was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely return.

Vinay is a great host: very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The house is in the ideal location for anywhere around Dover or the beaches. We enjoyed it and will return soon.

This place was phenomenal. Dennis is an excellent host and even ensured we had extra blankets. We were amazed by the little touches that he had in his house. I cannot wait to come back and stay there again.

First time booking on Air b&b. Home was beautiful plenty of space for our family and out of town family to stay together under one roof. With a small extra fee we could bring our senior dog. The house was very clean and provided amenities such as trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. There was also a welcome basket with snacks. We had plenty of clean towels, and beds were already made. We would gladly book again with visiting family.

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

Debbie was very easy to communicate with and the place was great, views were amazing. Furniture was comfortable and she had great information on the complex and the amenities. We brought our own coffee maker she had a Kuerig , we prefer drip. The place has all you need we were just two but plenty of room for more Thank you again.

This place rocked! Was looking for a quiet place that was bike-able to everywhere, and this was it! We never had to get in our car. My kids loved the pool. The bakery was the best! And the biking was epic! A perfect end of summer trip that all started with a clean, cozy, perfect-location place to stay!

We had a girls’ weekend away from PA. As soon as we pulled into the garage, we knew we’d love it. We weren’t wrong. Everything was perfect! Clean, quiet, great location, felt right at home. Colleen is a wonderful host who checked in on us to make sure all was well. We’d recommend her condo over and over again!

James was an amazing host. He was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. My children loved the pool and walking the bay. The views were second to none and the location was perfect since it was minutes away from restaurants, stores, and Bethany beach. We will definitely be booking again!

The absolute perfect place to stay for a fall get-away to Lewes and the Rehoboth Independent Film Festival. Jennifer's place is super cute with a fun and tasteful beach theme. The beds were very comfortable, living room easy to hang, and kitchen has everything you need and more! Deck area was perfect for having our morning coffee. If you forgot anything at home it seems Jennifer's place has it. I have never been in an Airbnb that had so many thoughtful amenities for their guests! And it is the perfect location to walk all over town. Cannot wait to return for some summer fun.

My daughters and I stayed at Nikki & Diana's residence the week of August 19. This place was immaculate and absolutely charming. We especially enjoyed the patio area, so comfy and cozy! The surrounding area is beautiful and scenic and conveniently close to restaurants and shopping areas, and only 3 miles from the the beach. To say the least, we were highly impressed with our entire experience and are planning to return. Nikki & Diana were very welcoming and promptly responded to all inquiries.
