We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). Nestled among the beautiful farmland of central Delaware, the Savannah offers a spacious home in a peaceful setting. The new, well-appointed house offers plenty of room for the whole family. With both an upstairs porch and a back patio with screened-in porch, the views are panoramic and serene. Centrally located, this comfortable and roomy home is only a short drive to many nearby activities. However, with the wide open spaces and fresh country air, you may not want to leave!

Relax in your private hot tub, lounge in the hammocks, or gather by the fire pit under the stars. A short walk leads to a luxury bathhouse with a hot shower and flushing toilets. Pet-friendly with free parking, surrounded by farm animals, gardens, and fresh seasonal food for a peaceful getaway.

Country Guest House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet. You will hear many farm noises such as roosters crowing, cows mooing & more. This home is located in the country & a min of 5 miles from stores and shopping. Full kitchen, 1 full bathroom & 1 queen bed included. Upon request Queen Air Mattress or Twin Bed can be provided.

Sunflower Farms

Family Farm built in 1940, same family has owned the property for over 300 years. Recently renovated, original floors, both levels. Farm living at it's finest, but still close to the beach. It's the best of both worlds. This old gem has A bit of old cellar, old wood, paste wax and Grandma. Original wood floors downstairs are waxed and polished. Upstairs are original farm slat floors. Farm Cottage - POOL - 30 Min to BEACH

Enjoy this beautiful cottage/studio apartment. Perfect little getaway space for 2 (or 3). Our little cottage is surrounded by fields and the quiet sound of country sunrise. You'll wake up to chickens anxious to get out of their coop or Lucy, the turkey, peeking in your window. In the evenings, light the firepit or enjoy and a quiet nighttime swim with our duck. And our very friendly dog, Tanka (Cane Corso) will welcome you to our family.

For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors.
