Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Delaware

This beautiful home was our home for 8 days and it's very nice I felt like it was my home big kitchen and living room my family and me haved a good time a great time together definitely I will recommend and we will love to stay again in the future.

Evolve's home in Shelbyville is fantastic. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped, and most of all totally comfortable. My family (grandparents, mom, dad, and twins) had a great time. The twins made friends at the community pool located across the street. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to beaches, Fenwick Island is terrific! We would come back in an instant.

When we arrived, the house was clean and smelled great. Listing states to bring bed sheets, we brought some and there were some in the closets as well. This home had everything we needed to cook, grill and bake! The previous people that booked the property had a lot of trash left on the road, overnight raccoons had gotten into the bags and scattered trash all over the property and the road. I called evolve and they acted immediately. There was a follow up phone call from the owner as well to ensure the trash would be cleaned up. This is a prime location! Tons to do all with no more than a 30 min drive. Over all 10/10 and would love to stay here again!

This house was great for a getaway to Bethany Beach! There were 5 adults and 3 children and the house was a great size for us. Since we did have infants/toddlers with us, we did end up spending a decent amount of time at the home which was a nice home-base. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped and a good size for cooking — we did cook most of our meals at the house. Having a washer and dryer was great and we used that to wash bathing suits and towels. The game room was definitely a highlight, both for children and adults. The location was nice — in a quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins from Bethany Beach. There were also some cool nearby attractions, such as story book farm where we picked flowers and created bouquets. Giant was also less than 10 minutes away which was very convenient. I highly recommend this home to any group visiting Bethany and the surrounding areas.

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed house. Our family of 6 had a great time, played games, watched movies in the sunroom, cooked dinner. We very much enjoyed the lazy river at the community pool, fun for kids and adults, played volleyball in the water and on the outdoors courts. The grocery store is 5-6 minutes driving distance away. Tunde was a very proactive and super attentive host. A great experience overall. We are looking forward to coming back.

the entire process was great , from booking to host response, etc. the house is pretty accurate in its description and amenities. the location was perfect for our group as we didn't need to be on the beach, but bethany beach was only a few minutes drive away. our group enjoyed the community pool very much, it was huge and clean with really nice people. the living space was great. our party of 7 adults and 2 babies had plenty of room to sleep and enjoy family dinner together. there was a little hiccup with cleaning when we first got there ,but the host was very responsive and sent someone out there to rectify the situation immediately. overall, our group had a fun time. I would definitely book again for future family vacation.

We were very pleased with the condo! It was beautifully furnished and the Sea Colony had great amenities and activities. We ended up only using the main floor and loved the screen-in balcony. We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting our family.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The location was midway between Rehobeth, Lewes and Millsboro. I appreciated the hair dryer and all of the kitchen utensils. The balcony was lovely to enjoy our morning coffee on. This is a definite return location.... if I don't find my own home there soon! :)

We had a great stay in rehoboth beach. Michelle’s condo was lovely and convenient to everything we needed and wanted. We appreciated the use of a parking permit so we could easily park in downtown Rehoboth. Would love yo visit again!

I love Bear Trap Dunes and this particular rental was so close to the clubhouse and a perfect one-story place for little kids. The amenities are great, love the pools and jacuzzi. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. It’s a 5-minute drive to the beach, arcades, and playgrounds. The location is great location and I definitely recommend the stay.

Really enjoyed staying here. Loved staying in a new community, and the beaches were just a short drive away. Would definitely love to stay here again as it was very clean, well furnished, and had all the necessary things one would need on a trip.

Clean, spacious, plush towels, well-lit, plenty of plates pots and pans, and silverware. Appliances in good working order. Comfy bed. Nice sit-in shower. Proximate to a walking trail into town (about 3 miles). Recommend that host provide written instructions on operation of TVs. A Keurig coffee maker is provided with a few pods. We would have brought our own coffee maker had we known. A kitchen towel would be helpful. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and took advantage of the Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant which offered a delicious take-out Thanksgiving dinner. We could not have prepared a better one!
