Enjoy our 2-story, 2800+ SF home, complete with all the amenities you will need for a stress-free vacation. Our 5-bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for your family to enjoy. With all new modern decor, high-end memory foam mattresses, a 6-seat theater/media room, and front row view of our tranquil large pond, you will enjoy rest and relaxation. The Pool (seasonal), Gym, Playground and Tennis are on community grounds all located across the street. Please ask about the minimum day rental policy.

Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.

5 BR Townhouse w/ private elevator-Rehoboth Beach

This townhouse features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, elevator, and plenty of parking. Pets are allowed with a fee, and you can access two gyms. We offer complimentary sheets and towels. Community pools are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is located in a gated community five miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach. Rentals booked from Labor Day to Memorial Day are non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of the rental date. The HOA requires a short-term lease agreement.
