came here for an anniversary trip and had such a great time. it’s in a very isolated and quiet area. the home itself is very cozy. though it’s small, it has everything you need and was the perfect size for us. the hot tub was very relaxing. this space is central to a lot of cute surrounding towns. we got to say hi to one of the dogs—such a cute and sweet boy! overall, a really great stay. we’d definitely come back in the future!

New favorite vacation spot. The cottage was cute, cozy and had everything we need for a couple day stay for me, my bf and two pups. The backyard was amazing and the hike path was very cool. The location was so peaceful yet close enough drive to stores. The surround sound speakers, fireplace and chinese checkers were top of our list additions. Can’t wait to be back one day.

Hello- I was looking for a place to stay near my 20-something son who lives in Brookdale (one town over from Ben Lomand). Charmian helped me prior to booking to understand that her home was close to my son. I am so glad I booked. The property and home were perfect; cozy, well stocked, roomy, and clean. My son came over every evening and we cooked, enjoyed holiday celebrations, watched movies and did art projects. It was as if we were at 'home' together. We are both hikers...but one day we decided to not go to one of the many surrounding parks/trails but to instead walk and walk through the neighborhoods. It is absolutely beautiful and charming around the AirBnb. Charmain greeted me and was very responsive if I had a question. Everything was easy to figure out. I highly recommend Charmain's place.

Beautiful location - feels secluded but is very close to Santa Cruz. The property and grounds are nicely landscaped. The trailer is very snug and cozy, and the kitchen is great! Loved the pull out microwave.
