The place was ok. Maybe the only concerns i have is the bathroom. My husband is white. and he always bumped his head against the cabinet above. And the shower area is a little bit small too. But all in all we like the place. The host is nice.

A super cozy and pleasant place to stay. We spent 7 nights here with no issues at all. Diana and Agnes were incredibly helpful with all my questions. Great place to stay in, given its price and location. Florites was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which is an added bonus.

My 2nd time booking here! It was great the 1st time , and even better the 2nd. Wifi is working well. Towels , soaps are a plus. Place is clean and there are basic utensils to use. Aircon is working well. The host is very responsive it was a smooth check-in and stay. Will book again in the future.

This is one of the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The view from the 27th floor of this penthouse balcony is phenomenal! The sunrise every morning and the lightning dancing across the sky almost every night is the perfect scenery to go with the view. The bed is so comfortable, the air con keeps the place cool and refreshing, the shower water hot, and the pressure is just right. All the utensils you need to cook with are right there and there’s even a karaoke machine. The design of the apartment is stylish and modern. Makes you feel right at home. Literally right across the street is a mini mall with a huge grocery store inside, 7 eleven, Lawson, ATM, GongCha if you love 🧋, BonChon if you love crispy Korean chicken, and several other places and restaurants with a chill billiards spot to hang out at right at the end. That place is lit at night 🔥 It’s a little far from the center as going to Makati is about $10 taking a grab on skyway get you there in about 30 mins. Love this place ❤️

If you want a private place, this is definitely the perfect spot for you, recommend to bring car as you have to walk uphill if you want to go somewhere. The place is clean with comfortable bed and heater, towels are provided with complimentary bottled water and basic toilettries and slippers just like checking in a hotel.

The place really feels like home! I never feel dull or uncomfy because I feel like I'm just in my home. Location is very accessible to all. Kaya mas worth it. Addition pa si Ms. Doris and Ms. Maricel na very responsive and accommodating. Definitely mag book ulit dito for future stay.

Everything was perfect and exactly how it was described and very pleased with our visit .

Our stay has been great. The place is a gem! It was spacious for 10 pax. The amenities were as described. The check-in process was not as smooth as we expected but the host gave us an extra 1 hour to make-up for that so we appreciate it. These are the things to note: After I booked the place, that is the only time that it was mentioned that Party was not allowed. We booked the place to celebrate my friend's bridal shower. We proceeded as planned since we already paid for it. However, there was no wall to put up our decorations, so we had to improvise. The place is not soundproof, so as you expect from a party of girls, we were knocked four times. We tried our best to control the noise as much as we could, but it lessened our whole stay experience. Nevertheless. for me, this place is a really great find if you are looking for a family room for 10! All and all, I would still consider booking this in the future for a family event. PS. complete kitchen stuff except for microwave.

The best thing about our stay was the excellent hosting throughout. Rockie and Spica were proactive, communicative and thoughtful, having checked in on us as we were on the way. You'll find ideal hosts in them. The actual space was as advertised. We appreciated the gym access and the quiet atmosphere at night when rest was badly needed. Hopefully next time, we will have our animals with us :)

The place was clean and has a lot of restaurants around being near a mall.

I love the soft, comfortable bed and the easy acess to the pool. The place is clean and cozy. The internet is fast and the host is very responsive. She accomodate us despite of the last minute booking and even did her best to allow us to check in on our preffered time.

I don't actually sure if it's already our fourth time or a fifth time staying on John's property. One thing is for sure we'll always get back to this place as I and my family already comfortable, and loves the place as our home.

Roberto’s place feels right at home. Very clean, complete with washer, blower and iron. The place is near mrt, mall below the condo, banks, restaurants to choose from, fast wifi and above all the aircon is too cold! We love it! it was a perfect stay! The only downside is the blankets from the other rooms with bunk beds was way too thin but other than that it was truly a great stay! Thanks roberto!
