Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dasmarinas City

Zach was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure that he was able to help us with our check-in when a miscommunication arose between the guards and us. His place is very organized and neat. It is at the center of everything. Will definitely come back for long stays.

We arrived on the accomodation and were checked in on time. The place was so clean as you can see in the photos. We immediately felt at home as soon as we stepped in. Towels and blankets were already prepared for us, we were total of 4pax..Grocery store, Mcdonalds, korean and Japanese restaurants, Spas, a convenient store, bakeshops are within walking distance. And the Most important thing which we enjoyed most, it’s only 15minutes drive from one of Asia’s biggest malls, the Mall Of Asia. Not to mention famous tourist spots, City of Dreams and the Airport of course. Certainly highly recommended if you’re visiting Manila!

This was my second stay at Park Side Villa, and it was absolutely amazing! The building is impressive, and my experience exceeded all expectations. The Bings place features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one located in the master bedroom. Every room is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly, and the hot water is always reliable. The laundry facilities, including the washer and dryer, functioned without any issues. The entire place is impeccably clean. I highly recommend Bing's place to anyone looking for a great stay. Please continue to take care of this wonderful place; it offers stunning views of the golf course!. Thank you for let us stay in your place!!!!

Very nice place to stay. It’s a few miles away from different places like Alabang but plenty of options to get around. Grab taxi, jeepny.

Wow! This place was absolutely stunning. The stylish room was so beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and more. We were so sad to leave and would have loved to extend our stay, but unfortunately, time wasn't on our side. We'll definitely be back!

Your place is complete with all the things we needed in the kitchen and especially the washer dryer in the bathroom. The bathroom could use a little more cleaning but other than that we are very satisfied and hope we can come back soon. Thank you!

Veronica's place is amazing! Check-in was easy, and tatay Abet and Veronica kept in touch with us during our stay. The unit is clean and feels like home. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. I’d give it a perfect 10,000 out of 10!

Our family had a great experience during our stay and we wished we could extend our visit. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool, which was a highlight for them. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. Although the caretakers' family was present, they were respectful and did not intrude on our privacy. Overall, the accommodations provided everything we needed, making it a nice place to consider returning to in the future

Amazing place. cozy and felt right at home. home is as listed and the same as the photos. though the philippines traffic is bad, the place is easy to get in to through grab. and it’s within 30mins to 1hr to SM MOA. loved ate girlie’s helpfulness, took care of our laundry and doing our groceries as we weren’t very well versed of the area. thank you so so much ate girlie!

The place was really clean and nice. It is located on a suburban neighborhood which felt very safe. The host was also very accommodating and helpful. She even helped us to book our transportation back to Manila. All in all a very good experience!

Super sulit for the price. All the gadgets and appliances I need are available + exercise machines pa. Place is peaceful and quite yet minutes away from transpo, marts, restos, and banks. Will definitely return!

Really enjoyed our stay. the additional supplies that we forgot about were available there, and it really made our experience stress-free. The hosts were responsive and welcoming when we had questions, which we really appreciated. The place was spotless. They provided kitchen supplies which made it even more homey. Heidy was such a wonderful host! Her kindness and hospitality ensured that we felt right at home. The amenities included as well as the place having access to a small shopping/dining mall made it the perfect decision for the month’s stay that we had.

So far in all of me and my partner that have stayed in every airbnb place sir richard's place is one of the best for 2 weeks we enjoyed everything that the place can offer lots of restaurants, close to any establishments such as malls and parks and you know whats the best? eveything is free from toilet tissues, tea, bath soap and best of all they got a washer and dryer which saves me tons of money instead of bringing it to laundry... what else can you wish for as all of the things you need its all in his place so thank you so much again for letting me and my partner creating memories in your place will definitely go back again
