The property is located in an enclosed area and the apartment has a strong door and locking mechanism. The apartment is also soundproofed quite well. I can recommend a place for those who want peace.

Location is great with a walking distance to SM MOA, there is a pool and gym is very close by also. Great value and I would recommend. Thank you!

We had only a one night stay here but it worked well for us. We thought we would be flying into terminal 3 but since we didn’t we had to take a shuttle over to terminal 3 before walking over. The place was easy to find thanks to the helpful directions. We were very grateful for an early check in so we could drop off our bags and explore with ease. The space was exactly like the pictures - modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great and so was the shower. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool by the cluster 1 building but it looked inviting. Overall great option and we already booked to stay here again on a long layover back in Manila.

Superb experience. I love the idea of the key lockbox - very convenient way of getting into the unit without waiting for someone else to let you in. The unit is also complete with all the necessary stuff you would need for the entire stay; from utensils, towels, hair dryer and even a steam iron! Marvin really did well as a host. There were NO BUGS as well 😁 that's why we would definitely book his place again next time we'll be around Venice Grand Mall. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Ivan'a place in Kando Tower 3. The place was clean, had reliable internet and you get access to all the Kandi Towers's amenities. I would book it again.

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

Ms. Nenita was very accommodating to our group. She accepted our booking even at the last minute, and we checked in around 10 p.m. She provided clear instructions to ensure we found the house easily. The place was well-kept, and all amenities were in good working order. The place is overall highly recommendable.

We had a comfortable stay, very peaceful place, no stray animals loitering on the streets. It's completely a quiet place. I'll recommend it for all ages.

I’m so glad I found this place! Ana and Micay warmly welcomed us as soon as we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the house. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the property is actually larger than I had expected. Ms. Framelyn has been very accommodating in answering my questions from the start. I want to commend Ana and Micay for insisting on helping us buy items we needed from Savemore. We also ordered food through Grab, and they offered to pick up the cake we had ordered. Their hospitality made our stay easy and comfortable. Additionally, the house is well-equipped with everything you need, including cooking utensils, a stove, a water dispenser, a refrigerator, and other appliances. The kids really enjoyed the mini playground, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, such as darts, table tennis, karaoke, and swimming in the pool. In summary, we had so much fun! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Madelynne’s place. The unit is beautifully designed, the view is lovely, and the space is well-maintained. However, my only concern is that the fridge had a strong odor, resembling rotten eggs, which made us feel nauseous. It would be great if the fridge could be cleaned to eliminate the smell.

Lemmor was great at responding, very helpful with any questions. The co-host Jonna, was also very helpful and even looked after our suitcases after checking out as we had a late flight. Thank you both for a great stay :)

Winnie's place felt like a home away from home. The cozy decor, comfy bed, and ample kitchen set up made our stay truly worthwhile. The place was quiet and peaceful, the balcony is perfect for relaxing with a bustling city view. We highly recommend this place!
