Gorgeous house and lovely location. Drive is tight but we have a big car and managed it absolutely fine. We had a lovely relaxing weekend there, we did some walks directly from the house and relaxed in front of the fire, which was exactly what we went to do! House was exactly as described and felt huge! The living room was very cosy, and it was great having the two log burners, and all bedrooms were very comfortable.

Lovely place, clean and decorated very nicely. Lots of games etc which was a bonus for the children!

A beautiful, modern lake side house with spacious open plan kitchen and living area with stunning views over the lake. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with birthday treats when we arrived, which were a nice touch. Impeccably clean, and decorated tastefully. Lots to do near by, but it felt secluded enough to enjoy a countryside feel. Thanks for letting us come, we had a great time. James was responsive and helpful when needed.

We had a lovely stay here. Nice clean bathrooms, lovely fresh bedding and a great host who gave us lots of info. It was perfect for what we wanted - a couple of peaceful days and near to some lovely walks. TV works and sofa is comfy - once we realised it reclines! Our group really enjoyed our stay at Darrell's! The home was modern and comfortable and allowed for enjoyment of the outdoors even from within the house - really can't beat the views! The space was just as described and group was very comfortable. Darrell provided a very thorough guide for our stay which included check-in instructions, how to use all appliances, recommendations for local walks and restaurants, numbers for taxi companies, and more - super helpful! The only issue any of us had was that the mattresses were a bit dated, something to note for anyone with back issues. Overall we would highly recommend staying at Darrell's when in the Cotswolds! We will definitely be making our way back in the summer months.

Gorgeous air B&B, amazing location. Beds are really comfy and all hosts responded fast when we encountered a small issue. For minor improvements - their was only 8 forks and 9 of us so was a slight issue when it came too having a meal together. - their isn’t enough chairs for 10 guests either which is problematic when wanting to have a big sit down meal. Apart from them minor faults highly recommend staying!

We had a wonderful stay at Alison and Jonathan’s house. The house was even better than the photos, it was spotless and so well equipped. We were staying with another family and it was the perfect base for us to explore the local area with our children. Thank you so much for allowing 2 busy families the perfect space to relax and have fun together.

This is our second stay here. Amy is extremely helpful and flexible. The cottage is amazing. Lovely position, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The extras like the welcome hamper and dog treats was the icing on the cake. Would recommend 100%

We had a smashing stay at Angela’s. Great and swift communications. As fir the house itself, Imagine that you are house sitting a farmhouse. Everything you need is there and works. Look at the photos it perfectly captures the quirk and character of that old house. We enjoyed it and would return. Just what we wanted. Hay is ten minutes drive, the river is a small walk away and the great black mountains basically up hill from right there. The roads are so quiet, the garden beautiful and the night is properly dark. Just what we wanted.

We had a great stay here. Laura prepared a cot and a high chair for our baby and there was a basket with some toys and some baby cutlery and plates. The cottage is gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here it really felt like a home away from home.

Lovely converted barn with a beautiful space and surroundings. Ideally located for all the beacon walks too! Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and set in some amazing countryside. Colin was always friendly and responsive, we had a lovely couple of nights here. If you stay make sure you take a walk down to the local Moon Inn which does wonderful food.

Spent two nights at the cottage, the experience was surreal. It place allows you to disconnect from daily life and take a moment. There are lots of treks and walks around the cottage. Drive up to the cottage is an adventure but definitely worth the effort once you get there. Cottage doesn’t have wi fi but you get decent mobile connectivity so that wasn’t an issue at all. If you love looking out to fantastic views and enjoy exploring the hill on your feet you have got to try this one. 15 minutes drive from Bala town where you get all amenities.

Toby and Stephanie were both lovely and extremely helpful. The hovel was comfortable and cosy, and thanks to Stephanie’s help with the fire we had a couple of relaxing evenings in the living room watching films on the home cinema. The gardens and the fort were great for us to walk around and explore before we went to Barmouth for the afternoon. The hovel is located really well, allowing access to a large selection of places within an hours drive. Tilly and nugget were very gentle and affectionate. Lovely dogs. We hope that we can visit again.

We had a fantastic weekend away with 3 generations of our family in the beautiful Hoot house. We had plenty of room and lots to do, lovely sized kitchen and dining to have big family breakfasts. West midlands safari park is close by to visit for the kids. Would definitely look at coming back for another visit!

Really lovely place, cabin was beautiful and really clean. So peaceful, and in a beautiful area. The trees and river were a lovely touch. Great place to get away for peace and quiet. Can’t wait to come back! 5 star all around

myself and my partner had a wonderful two night stay! the location was incredible, so peaceful and quiet - just what we needed for a few days of relaxation! overall 10/10 stay, the only thing that we might have suggested is some simple body wash/shower necessities. would 100% come back and will refer to friends!

We stayed at Riverside Cabins as a surprise for my husband's birthday. From the time of booking, with help to have balloons in the cabin prior to our arrival, to organising the hot tub to warm up quicker as we were only staying for 1 night, everyone was so friendly, accommodating & extremely helpful! I couldn't recommend this place enough! The location is no more than perfect! It was a freezing cold night (-2 i think) which gave us the beautifully clear skies on which to view the stars from the hot tub. I couldn't think of a better place to have been on such a perfect night! Luckily we live local so will definitely be staying again and I have already recommended Riverside Cabins to my family and friends. The cabin was clean, warm and cosy, well equiped & beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. Loved it! I would say more but I'm running out of the allocated number of characters! Quick you need to book before you miss out on experiencing such a perfect location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an excellent place. Anthony has gone to exceptional lengths to make this the kind of place that he himself would have wanted to holiday in. The grounds are vast, the chalets are well spaced out, there is a sense of real peace and tranquility - the sound of running water from the nearby river, birds chirping, nearby woodland, stand up paddle boards and sit on canoes available to borrow free of charge to meander down the river with. The accommodation itself is very well thought out and very good quality. Even in the compact chalet which we were in there was a large walk in shower and plenty of covered space outside in which we could have our meals and relax. Hot tub is well maintained and was already warmed for our arrival. We came here to have a base from which to take part in the Ultimate Triathlon at Ellesmere. We'll certainly come back and stay here again next time.

Highly recommend Sian and her place! We booked last minute and she was so responsive and helpful. Place was ready by 12pm and was spotless. Great quiet spot and great place to get away from everywhere. Was lovely to be surrounded by the animals and Sian left lovely helpful notes. worth every penny :)

This was the nicest caravan by far that we have stayed in at 7 Lakes. It was beautifully decorated for the festive season and Kate had gone to a lot of trouble to make it super cosy and welcoming for us. My husband and I would love to come back again anytime. Just want to say a huge 'THANKYOU' to Kate for her efforts and for being such a super host.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful and peaceful location, with not great access to public transport, however, an uber for around £8 which takes you right into the city centre. Great access to the facilities, which were also very clean! Very cosy cabin, great for a weekend stay! WiFi and TV were great too.
