The apartment is great and if anything, much better than what we expected. Danny has been an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home here. All in all, great experience with a great host. I would easily recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Nottingham.

Jonathan is a great host. Response time was minutes when we were coordinating check in. Clear and detailed instructions made it easy. The apartment was bigger than we thought from the photos. The king bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable. We would stay again.

Arrons place was perfect to stay when we went to watch the rugby at the stadium. Walking distant to the city centre. Arron was really helpful and friendly and let us use his parking spot. Apartment was more spacious than the pictures. Wifi was great. Well worth it. Thanks Arron

The studio apartment was just what we needed on a last minute visit to my husband’s elderly parents who live just up the road. The kitchen was fine for making breakfast and snacks but wouldn’t be suitable for anyone wanting to cook a full meal. However, the food at the “Old George” which is on the doorstep was good and there are several eateries in Lindley which is only ten minutes walk away. The staff at Heritage were friendly, welcoming and responsive.

A great value stay in a very handy location for work. The apartment was cozy but spacious, had everything I needed for my stay and was extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay again for longer work trips.

Would thoroughly recommend staying here. The location is perfect: quiet at night but a few minutes from the High St. We were able to use two car parking spaces which was a massive bonus. The apartment was spotless and, although we didn’t use the kitchen or TV has everything anyone could need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The addition of a CD/ LP player was great. A little bottle of Chardonnay and a beer was a nice touch. Thank you.

The location of the flat is really close to some great restaurants. The beds were really comfy and the rooms heated up quickly which is a big bonus in winter. We enjoyed oir stay there.

This is a wonderful place to stay,. The photos don't do justice to this awesome place to stay. It is spacious, meticulously clean and has is well equipped. I was met in person by Mike and he gave me a fantastic introduction to the house. I was even brought a slipper as a welcome gift by Burt, Mike's dog. Mike ensured that I knew how everything worked and checked that all was ok throughout my stay but without intruding. I needed to work in the evening and the WiFi was extremely good. Mike really is a Super Host and I would definitely stay again if I find myself needing to return to the area. Thank you Mike, for letting me stay in your peaceful home.

Great stay at this apartment Very clean and plenty of space to relax! The noise was very minimal considering the work they are doing within the area All facilities worked well and as they should! Would definitely recommend! Only thing I would say is maybe having a look at the tv in the bedroom as we really struggled to get any sound from it

Easy to find, great little self contained annex. Parking on a private drive. It was lovely and warm and very clean and spacious. Hosts were helpful and available for key pick up and drop off.

Jelle was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you’d need on a break away to be self sufficient. Location was amazing though you do need to be mindful of flooding as the Ouse river had just flooded a few days prior to our stay and so would’ve caused us an issue. However, it had receded by the time we’d arrived. The parking spot in the garage is a tight fit but Jelle does warn you of this in advance. The fact it’s on site and free though is a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable and the apartment nice and spacious. Overall I’d recommend to others looking for a central location where you can reach the central shopping/bar areas in under five minutes on foot. I’d definitely stay here again.

Just spent two nights in Manchester at Dan's flat.Spotless clean with all appliances you need.Two nice bedrooms one with an en-suite were also spotless clean. Dan is very responsive to any queries and answers very quickly. Parking was a bit difficult but that's due to the flats close proximity to the City Centre probably. Great wee cosy flat.Highly recommended. 10/10

lovely place felt at home straight away. warm and cozy, we only stayed one night but the family enjoyed it and had an amazing time.

Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.

James and Elisha were fab hosts as very attentive and gave clear guide to the house appliances, the pictures are true to what you see there. Really Nice touch with the welcome gifts left too :) everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you both x

The house was lovely and was located a 20 minute walk away from Salford or a quick Uber into Manchester so was perfect for a short city break. The house was very clean and easy to get into along with a bottle of Prosecco gifted to us on arrival 10/10 would definitely visit again.

A fantastic house, in a fantastic location with excellent facilities on the Lower Mill Estate. The Host was responsive, the instruction were clear and easy to follow, and we highly recommend visiting.

This is a really great house for large groups, lots of space. Really clean and organised, check in was super easy. Janine was a great host, offered lots of help, but we didn't need any because everything in the house was just spot on.
