This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

This place is amazing. Our place was spotless. The whole building smelled and looked clean. The amenities were amazing. From the morning coffee, to pools to lazy river to several common areas including a pool table, this place is one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff is amazing - especially the concierge - Vito. So helpful and friendly. Every staff member was amazingly helpful. Booked for a week and had to cancel one night and the host made it easy for us. Highly recommend this place as we will be returning to Lucent at Sunrise.

We had a great time! Perfect location to get to Disney and Universal, so nice to have extra space for a family of 4.

Very clean and comfy place

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Orlando! The experience was a dream. The home was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures showed. There were great restaurants and shops close by. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location despite traffic. cement block building makes it much quieter than others we've stayed at. One level unit with elevator access good for those with bad knees. Pool although busy is wonderful and heated.Snackbar with great food. Adriana was super at being responsive even sending a new microwave when the unit one broke down. highly recommend this unit and this company

Loved calling Gabriel's place our "home" for several days. The home is sparking clean and looks exactly like the photos. Peaceful and quiet gated community. The place has everything we need. Great location to Disney theme parks, grocery stores and restaurants. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we return to the area.

Trevor’s place was such a nice stay. Exactly like the pictures and felt very safe during my stay. Trevor is also very responsive to any concerns. Would definitely recommend.

The area was perfect as it was close to everything and I love how secluded yet private it was as well! The hosts were able to communicate back within a timely manner when asked some questions, so that was another plus! The house was filled with amenities even if you forgot to bring your own toiletries and we fit right in! The only concern was that my parents complained about feeling itchy when sleeping in the master bedroom upstairs, possibly because of the sheets but nothing too crazy! All the bedrooms were overall comfortable and everything was clean as described so don’t let that detail make you shy away from this location! Will definitely book again for another trip! Thank you ladies!

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

This was a perfect Aribnb! the location was under 15 minutes from everything we did each day. The pool was very nice. The home and neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. I even went for a jog around the area and caught a sunrise. The home inside was very spacious clean and updated. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Orlando. Thanks!

This was a great landing spot for our Disney adventure. We loved the fun Mickey & Minnie theme and appreciated the location which was close to WDW and Walmart for breakfast goods and sunscreen. Our host was proactive and responsive qoth communication, and flexible with checkout. We appreciated the easy checkbout process and great directions for checking in. We were excited by the resort amenities like the pool and exercise room when booking, but quickly realized after the first day at WDW that we wouldn't be able to use them. They would've been a nice break from the parks if we had a stay longer than 3 days. The value for the price was great with plenty of room for our family of 3.

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

I’m very grateful to Laura for reserving this beautiful condo. It’s centrally located, close to attractions, and incredibly convenient. The condo is also in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the host’s attention before and during our stay — it made everything so much easier, and she was wonderfully attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.

We had a great Spring Break Stay.. Anas place is great and the community and amenities are wonderful. We will be back this Summer to stay again..

Great place to stay clean and very welcoming

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.
