The place is amazing and Paolo is a great host, along with his family. The real Italian experience, friendly, warmful and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We cannot recommend it enough!

I was so grateful to spend my time at Walter’s place while in San Miniato, both him and his father were so accommodating and went above and beyond, there were many special touches throughout the apartment, the fridge was stocked with drinks and all the kitchen supplies were clean, and everything was organized and easy to find. The view from this place is wonderful, I’m not sure it could have been any better. Walter snd Roberto were the best and I hope to come back and stay again. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

The owners are very forthcoming and helpful, providing clear instructions to check in and assisting when we needed some advice. The property is right in downtown in a very quiet road close to many attractions and restaurants. The balcony has a breathtaking view over the Tuscany hills, especially at sunrise is really amazing. We stayed for three nights on a business/pleasure trip to Tuscany. The location is central enough to reach the most important towns in the region. Besides work we also took an afternoon for Truffle hunting, an experience I recompense to any one in most seasons is possible to do this with a local truffle hunter. We got our prized truffles and enjoyed in our home away from home meal at the property sipping Chianti in our terrace with an amazing view. We were sad to leave, but plan to be back soon for just pleasure and no work :)

Clean, tidy, and well-maintained place to stay. Corresponding to the photos. The space in front of the front door is nice to use on sunny days. Friendly, helpful and flexible host, whenever possible, on check-in times. Apartment attached to the station, you can walk to a pizzeria and a bar, otherwise you need the car. Highly recommended!
