Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he gave us a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

I stayed in Elio's house from September 14 to 23 and it was a wonderful stay. The photos don't make enough, because the house is even nicer. The rooms are spacious, very bright, everything is new and well furnished, and with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, table and iron, hair dryer. In addition, both on one side and the other, the house enjoys a wonderful view of the Marche hills, characterized by a delightful silence, which for those looking for a little peace from the daily hustle and bustle is a real treat. Montelupone is a nice village, and nearby you can visit a lot of interesting places, and renowned destinations, as well as reaching the most important sea areas not far away. Elio, to whom I send a hug, is an exquisite person, as well as an impeccable host, always available for every need. I recommend this house at 100 x 100, you won't regret it...

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

Our stay at Elisabetta’s was wonderful! It was quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to. Looking forward to staying there again! Thank you!

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Very nice and new house, you are very quickly at the sea and at good restaurants. The nearby train tracks were still disruptive at night, but we really liked it. Nice kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and immediately provided us with important information and tips😊. It was beautiful stay

A terrace that is one of a kind, fully equipped with a great view over the beach and the ocean, modern kitchen with everything you need (including coffee that was provided :)), comfortable beds and restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance - I really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave. The whole house is clean and friendly and communication with Pierino is easy and very friendly as well.

Very welcoming and thoughtful structure in the smallest of details. The place is perfect for both couples/families and those with dogs on vacation. The house is very nice and makes you feel comfortable as it has everything you need. The managers are very welcoming and always available to respond to possible needs. We felt at home, the added bonus is the large fenced outdoor space (in addition to a large specific area for dogs) that made us and our dog live a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

we only stayed for one night ,but everything was well organized and comfortable . The apartment matches the description and the owners were very quick and efficient in fulfilling our requests . At the entrance of the apartment we were able to find a climate on the fridge already with fresh drinks and very appreciated coffee thanks Rachele and Conrad , we will definitely be back to visit the place.

Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

A wonderful apartment in an antique and lovingly renovated building . The apartment is very cozyly furnished and you feel right at home. As someone who has known the area for years, I can say that this is the perfect place if you are looking for a nice place to stay between the sea and the mountains. The location is ideal, and the surrounding area has a lot to offer. The communication with Teresa was great too. She is a very thoughtful and kind host who was always willing to answer questions and give helpful tips.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment that is perfectly described and matched to the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped for me too, who always bring my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful although not very central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us upon arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

I'll start with the hospitality first: Deborah was always reachable. All questions could be answered quickly and easily. Furnishings and hygiene: The furnishings are of high quality and well maintained. It is very stylishly furnished and you quickly feel comfortable. The outdoor area: A beautiful atmosphere that you can enjoy in the evening after a long day wonderful and in absolute tranquility. Beautiful details such as lights furniture have been placed in the garden. Arrival: Immediately a great first meeting in the accommodation. A tediously put together lie with all the important hints are laid out, so you don't have to ask more open questions that arise during the stay Beach: The location to a beach that consists of sand can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Very inviting for children, as they have a great program for all ages There. You can rent loungers with umbrellas. We:2 adults.+2Kid. Were very satisfied.

Very nice apartment in an ideal location for visiting Ascoli . Parking downstairs from the house . Go back in the spring/summer to enjoy the beautiful terrace.

The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again and again.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

Apparently in great condition, super clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Very functional for 4 people. A very peaceful area but close to the beaches. Definitely recommend.

the apartment is in a great location in Porto Recanati. The accommodation was well-stocked and tidy. Silvia was very nice and always available to respond to our needs.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. I had a great time with my family, in the accommodation. It is equipped with everything you need in addition to being very spacious. The view is beautiful.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, empathetic and super helpful sunny people, what to say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, a very nice place, a very clean house with all the comforts! They recommended very good places to visit, clubs and very good restaurants in the area!
