Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he gave us a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

I stayed in Elio's house from September 14 to 23 and it was a wonderful stay. The photos don't make enough, because the house is even nicer. The rooms are spacious, very bright, everything is new and well furnished, and with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, table and iron, hair dryer. In addition, both on one side and the other, the house enjoys a wonderful view of the Marche hills, characterized by a delightful silence, which for those looking for a little peace from the daily hustle and bustle is a real treat. Montelupone is a nice village, and nearby you can visit a lot of interesting places, and renowned destinations, as well as reaching the most important sea areas not far away. Elio, to whom I send a hug, is an exquisite person, as well as an impeccable host, always available for every need. I recommend this house at 100 x 100, you won't regret it...

Perfect cottage for visiting the Marche region. In a quiet and pleasant park, the cottage is very well appointed with all the comforts and in perfect condition. Maria and Giuseppe are very warm and caring hosts. They made us enjoy the fruits of the garden as well as a very good cake made by Maria. Plus, they give valuable tips for places to visit as well as good restaurants. We highly recommend it. Thank you so much Maria and Giuseppe.

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Very beautiful house in the heart of a beautiful medieval village, very lively in the evening. Ideal base for visiting the area. The house is very clean and well-equipped. Negatives: kitchen equipment to be improved (no oven or microwave and especially fridge too small for 6 people). Very nice bedding. Spending a holiday in such a beautiful village was a very nice experience. Recommended without hesitation!

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Very nice and new house, you are very quickly at the sea and at good restaurants. The nearby train tracks were still disruptive at night, but we really liked it. Nice kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and immediately provided us with important information and tips😊. It was beautiful stay

we only stayed for one night ,but everything was well organized and comfortable . The apartment matches the description and the owners were very quick and efficient in fulfilling our requests . At the entrance of the apartment we were able to find a climate on the fridge already with fresh drinks and very appreciated coffee thanks Rachele and Conrad , we will definitely be back to visit the place.

Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

We had a great time, the house is beautiful, as in the photos, very clean, quiet and with a magnificent view, everything works perfectly, from air conditioning to wi-fi. The sheets were also of excellent quality, which shows great attention to guests. Teresa is very kind, responds immediately and is attentive to all needs. The tomatoes in the garden had a flavor I hadn't found in years. Spinetoli is in a great location, they've been to the sea, hiking in the Sibillini and seeing some historic villages. A vacation of what you can really call a vacation, in a place to be discovered and not taken by tourism. If there's a chance, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

I'll start with the hospitality first: Deborah was always reachable. All questions could be answered quickly and easily. Furnishings and hygiene: The furnishings are of high quality and well maintained. It is very stylishly furnished and you quickly feel comfortable. The outdoor area: A beautiful atmosphere that you can enjoy in the evening after a long day wonderful and in absolute tranquility. Beautiful details such as lights furniture have been placed in the garden. Arrival: Immediately a great first meeting in the accommodation. A tediously put together lie with all the important hints are laid out, so you don't have to ask more open questions that arise during the stay Beach: The location to a beach that consists of sand can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Very inviting for children, as they have a great program for all ages There. You can rent loungers with umbrellas. We:2 adults.+2Kid. Were very satisfied.

The stay was very pleasant. Fantastic sea view from both the living room and the rooms. Well-equipped apartment. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. The apartment is very close to the Plazas where you can find nice cafes and restaurants. We were able to explore the surrounding mountains and enjoy some beautiful hikes in Mount Sibillini National Park (about an hour drive to get to higher mountains and hikes) We had a small issue when we first arrived as the second bedroom and bathroom were locked but we were able to get it fixed. The apartment was very enjoyable and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Impeccable accommodation. Proximity to beach and restaurants. Parking in front of the property and quiet area.

Studio as described. We stayed 4 nights in 4 people and had a great time. Very convenient location 5 minutes on foot from the sea and 5 minutes from downtown. Supermarket in front of the house. Very helpful host

The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again and again.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

Comfortable, clean, and affordable!

We had a great stay at Michele’s place. It was perfect. One block from the beach. Walkable to everything—stores, restaurants and groceries. Be careful you don’t have your car parked out front on Thursday morning though. We found out the hard way that they clean the streets then and will tow your car. Michele was very responsive and helpful with getting the car back. Great place to stay!

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable accommodation.

I had a great time with my family, in the accommodation. It is equipped with everything you need in addition to being very spacious. The view is beautiful.
