Vacation rentals with beach access in Cupra Marittima

We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

The apartment is right in front of the beach, it's close to the center, so the location is great. It's pretty big, suitable for families with children. I found it clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Fabio is kind and very helpful.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

If you want to enjoy luxury and tranquility for a great price by the sea, then this is the place to be. The apartment was the most beautiful we have ever seen during our time in Italy. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. The balcony is an absolute highlight. Marcello has been the nicest and most helpful host. He was always available, gave us a lot of tips for the area and was generally very accommodating. We can't wait to visit Martinsicuro!

Perfect place to enjoy the beach and what the surroundings have to offer.

Alba Adriatica is a typical medium-sized Italian seaside town. There is a beautiful beach with modern condominiums behind it. We were just passing through, but it's definitely a nice place to spend a vacation. The apartment was clean and tidy, the owners were extremely kind and took care of us in an excellent way. Very nice people!

Practically new apartment equipped with all comforts, directly on the beach with spectacular morning sunrises. Some necessary things like oil and salt were missing in the kitchen; we figured it out, but I'm sure if I asked, they would have taken care of them. I would recommend it

Since I had a Wedding in Pescara, I decided to give myself a little relaxation in the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean , in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on the best restaurants, the closest beaches and the most interesting places nearby to see. The sea view hammock was my favorite spot in the house!!

We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

The description and previous reviews for Mina's cottage have not promised too much - quiet location with beautiful views. Sea, beautiful villages/towns and mountains easily accessible. Mina has good tips quickly on request - highly recommended!

Very nice and new house, you are very quickly at the sea and at good restaurants. The nearby train tracks were still disruptive at night, but we really liked it. Nice kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and immediately provided us with important information and tips😊. It was beautiful stay

I stayed for 4 weeks and it was great for one person. It’s a small apt with everything you need, in a great location. Elena was a great hostess with excellent communication.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

the apartment is in a great location in Porto Recanati. The accommodation was well-stocked and tidy. Silvia was very nice and always available to respond to our needs.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, newly built, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Very clean and fragrant apartment Friendly and helpful host, responsive in communications. The complex in which the apartment is located is very nice, practically facing the sea and within walking distance of the center. We used and really appreciated the outdoor patio. We had a great time and if we have the chance we will definitely come back. The only thing is that the window of the room faces a passage porch and despite the heavy curtains that the host has installed to reduce noise, they still feel a lot. It was not a problem for us because having stayed out of season there was really few people and so after 11 pm no longer happened to anyone. I recommend considering this aspect maybe in the summer season, especially if you have light sleep or with young children.
