Monthly Rentals in Culver City

I stayed here for 2 months for work, and it was a great spot to call home. As someone completely new to LA, there was a slight learning curve on my part in terms of driving and getting used to the amount of people, but having a spot like Jay's helped feel like you got away from the "crazy". As a solo-female traveler, I never felt unsafe here. Had a window AC but also had nice windows to let cool air circulate. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals (I personally shopped at Ralph's instead of the closer Trader Joe's/CVS because Ralph's was more economical for me). They also stocked the Airbnb with extra paper towels and toilet paper which was a big thing for me! Jay was always responsive, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a reply. I never really had any issues, but the couple times I did, he resolved them quickly. I love that the location is really close to everything (as he advertised it), too.

Location was fantastic. Two blocks from downtown culver—coffee shops, restaurants galore. And Trader Joe’s. The bed was super comfy and the couch/tv set up was great. Fanciest toaster I’ve ever seen. Chris was super helper and always responsive. I stayed her for a month and wanted for nothing. Very quiet too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lori and Roy have been wonderful hosts. I felt very lucky to find this place after another host cancelled last minute following the LA fires. The bungalow has had everything I needed for a 3 month stay and the central location is pretty unbeatable. The private outdoor space is also really lovely for getting some sunshine during the day and is really great if you have a dog. It's also walkable to a number of super cute restaurants and shops. There was an issue with the washing machine early on in my stay and Lori and Roy were super responsive and got it fixed right away. Would absolutely recommend for a short or long term stay!

Meghan’s place was absolutely perfect for my Mom! Spotless, quaint and looked exactly like the pictures. Meghan was so kind and responsive. There was a tiny issue with the bathroom and a plumber fixed it immediately and she even give us a small credit back for the inconvenience completely unprompted which was so generous but, not necessary! My mom felt so comfortable at Meghan’s place. It was quiet, safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! Don’t hesitate to book!
