The condo is absolutely beautiful and the resort amenities are fabulous! Lisa is a very communicative host who provided great instructions for checking in and getting the most out of the stay. I would absolutely rent with her again!

We loved Courtney’s cottage! It was larger than the photos looked and we were surprised with popcorn which was a huge hit! Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with spices. We grilled fish one night and yum! The hot tub was great and we really had a blast for our girls’ trip!

We stayed at the cottage for my friends bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group! From the bikes, to the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and adorable back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond and answer any questions. I would stay here again! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Lovely little cottage!

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

Lots of thought went into making sure guest have everything they would need! The only thing missing, I thought would be helpful is body lotion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our dogs! The suggestions for places to visit and restaurants were great! Beach is within walking distance but the golf cart was a bonus! That made it very easy and quick to get to the beach. On another note, this might be the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

we will be back, it was a great relaxing place to spend a week. Great pool and the Tiki bar was a plus. Cleanest condo I have ever rented and quiet. Maureen checked in with us 2 or 3 times and suggested a nice local restaurant for the 1st night we were there, also suggested things to do on the day it rained. Wondefuil host

We had an amazing stay—truly one of our favorites! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Situated on a peaceful road, it was a fantastic location for hopping between beaches and restaurants with ease. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were such great additions to our stay. The screened-in porch was another highlight—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. Heather went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The app she provides with all the house details and how everything works was so thoughtful and made everything effortless. This place is a gem, and we can't wait to return!

It’s a great place to stay with your family. There is plenty of room, cooking wear and things you mess for the beach. It is very pet friendly, so I was able to bring my two miniature dachshunds. The house is close to the beach, but make sure to come early since parking is limited. There is a trail for running and biking around that connects to seaside. Carol was a great hostess.

Our stay with three boys and our pup was perfect for spring break. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance yet the cottage was peaceful and private. We loved the fenced in backyard.

The cottage was everything Foxy Vacations hosts said it would be. Very cute, clean and well supplied with kitchen and bed/bath supplies. Could have used written instructions on how to use the smart thermostat.

Loved everything about Amy's place. So cute, comfortable & clean. Everything we needed for 2 of us and our pup.. Amy was extremely helpful and responding quickly to all my questions. The location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, beach, farmers market. We really enjoyed the outdoor live music, food & drinks right at the end of the street. We loved Rosemary Beach and will definitely make it a point to stay at Amy's again.

Lauren’s place was perfect! It was super clean and it was comfortable. The place had exactly what we needed to stay they really thought out the area and the things people need while staying for adventures. It was super close to amenities beach, downtown, restaurants and the airport is 8-10min drive super close. We love this place and look forward to staying here again when we visit.

The cottage was a great location for a great price. We really enjoyed our time visiting the FWB area. Steve & Tara were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend their airbnb!

Julie’s house is just as described…”Just Darling”. It was immaculate and clean, cozy beds and sheets, everything we needed. We liked the neighborhood feel especially coming back to a quiet home after crazy, busy visits to Rosemary and Alys Beaches and a drive up to Destin during a busy holiday week. Our dog loved it so much, she didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a cozy home with a classy beach feel. We also loved the little porch in the back. Sugar loved the new smells out there. We’d love to return if we get up that way again!

We are really happy we found Chrys and Jimmy, their neighborhood, the guesthouse, and Niceville. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, more comfortable place. They wanted us to have a great experience and we sure did. Thank you!

We spent the month of March at P's Paradise, escaping the winter. We loved the cottage the moment we arrived! The cottage was clean, and we found what we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The internet connection is very good, and the cottage had many streaming channels available. I spent a lot of time on the huge front porch, watching spring arrive from the rocking chair. There are many nearby hiking trails, and the cottage is close to surf fishing beaches. We loved our stay and will definitelyreturn in the future.

I don't usually write reviews unless a place is really bad or really good and Shelly's place is really good! Perfectly situated just over a block from the beach and and equipped with everything you will need while there with a neat little cart to put it in. Loved the courtyard with plenty of furniture, grill & outdoor shower and would definitely stay there again.

My month long stay at this perfect Pensacola cottage was exceptional. The home was spotless, stylish, with a wonderfully appointed kitchen and laundry, and a very comfortable bed. The location is great with several of my favorite restaurants close by. It was pet friendly and it felt like a home away from home. The backyard is fully fenced in. My dog loved chasing the squirrel in the tree covered yard. Rhonda and Susan so easy to communicate with and were very responsive. I highly recommend this cottage.

We loved this place! It was the perfect amount of space for two adults and four teenagers, had everything we needed, and the access to a pool along with being close to the beach was awesome. Heather was always very responsive and friendly. We were comfortable and felt right at home. We’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. You are so close to the beach with the luxury of also having a pool. Pool was clean and nice. It is also super close to everything you want to do in town! All in all a great stay! We did miss that this is like a guest house to the main house. That was our mistake. There is a part of the fence where there is a medium size dog present. I did not see mention of a dog on the listing. He does bark and jump on the fence. He’s tall enough to look over it. We found a way to work around it, but we were a little shocked at first. I wanted to mention for other guests traveling with dogs.

Karen is as pleasant and helpful hostess as she is gracious. Very sweet and easy to work with. We will be staying with her again!

First time at an ABB. Panama city beach, Pink Cottage was a perfect spot. Kseniya was easy to contact and quick to respond. When we got into our Cottage we had a nice welcome note from the property manager, with her number if needed. She also left a few snacks for us, and our pups, nice touch. The place was nicely decorated and very clean, clean being the most important thing for me. I did worry with it being pet friendly. I have bad allergies to fur, but I had to bring my non-shedding poodles so pet friendly was needed. I was fine and never saw a single dog hair. The four pink cottages are in a great spot. Quite neighborhood, beautiful beach and donut shop 2 blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.
