This rental was perfect for our family together. It accommodated 5 adults comfortably with everything we could have imagined. We especially enjoyed the back patio and backyard. The master shower was delightful, nothing like a rain shower at the end of the day. The water was hot, the house was CLEAN with plenty of essentials. This was a PRIZE rental, we hadn’t relaxed like that in a while and it was well worth the money. Thank you for allowing us to stay 😊

Absolutely awesome location right on the Gulf not too far from Panama City and near beautiful Rosemary Beach/Seaside Beach and beyond! We like quieter beaches without all the commercialized tourist stuff and this location fit our expectations perfectly. We found plenty of shopping and outdoor activities within reasonable driving distances. We also found the area to feel safe to go for morning runs and walks with paved trails and sidewalks. Loved the setup of the 2 story condo with the double balconies. Heath and Mary’s place had everything that we needed to feel right at home. Check-in was very easy and Heath was flexible with our schedule/arrival time because of a change in our plans. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was our favorite place we stayed during this trip. Comfort, esthetics, location and price point. The backyard looked questionable for the dogs regarding security but was surprisingly safe, much bigger than expected and we spent alot of time out there.

We loved everything about our stay in the cottage at Cotton Farm. Chad was very welcoming & friendly. He let us know things to do locally and also told us we could explore the 80 acres! It was so peaceful and serene! I loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings with my husband sipping our coffee and listening to all the sounds of nature. We hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful location with ocean views and just steps away from beautiful clear water! A coffee shop with breakfast and lunch items (Camille’s) is within walking distance. Loved that we could make coffee in the morning and meals at the condo- all kitchen supplies were there. There were beach chairs and toys for the kids. My kids also loved the stuffed animals on the bunk beds- a sweet gesture. So many restaurants and stores within 3-10 min of driving. An ideal location!
