Monthly Rentals in Cowan Head

The cottage was exactly as listed, set in beautiful surrounds which were extremely peaceful and relaxing. The owners were so kind and the welcome goodies from eggs and bacon, fresh bread, wine and more were so unexpected and very much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend staying at the cottage - it is the perfect location to visit the Lakes.

Really lovely, well-equipped flat in the centre of Kendal. Enjoyed a nice welcome package and good instructions for the flat and parking. Very comfortable and cosy for a couple. Really well suited for people looking to work remotely. Hosts were very communicative and very flexible about us checking out late. Lots of lovely walks easily accessed from the flat directly or with a short drive.

Had a wonderful stay at Kat's place. Will definitely be back again. Spacious barn which was very cosy once we had the log burner going (very easy to use and get a fire going). Some great walks you can do directly from the property and Staveley is a couple of km away. Highly recommend

Great space for relaxing and as base for accessing surrounding area. Clean and well equipped kitchen for self catering and importantly, a wonderfully comfortable bed. Easy access to Kendal via bus, train or car. Loved my stay despite the cool grey days.
