Riley provides lots of information before your stay and follows up quickly. The keyless entry is extremely easy and it’s great to have a covered parking spot! The beds were both very comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows to choose from along with extra blankets and towels if needed. Kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook while you’re there. There is a Keurig but I didn’t see a drip coffee maker so just needed to buy K-Cups for morning coffee. Living room furniture is also very comfy for relaxing in the evening and the deck off the living room is great for reading or having your coffee. Even though the main road is busy it is very easy to cross and walk to the public beach! Publix and even Walmart Marketplace are very close and lots of restaurants. Definitely recommend Riley’s condo for a couple or even a family!

**Perfect Family Getaway!** Our family of four (two adults, two children) had an amazing stay at this beach view Airbnb. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we loved waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. There were a few cosmetic issues from previous guests, but they were addressed promptly as soon as I texted Stephen. Everything we needed was close by, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore and enjoy Orange Beach. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing the perfect home away from home. If we ever return to Orange Beach, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed in unit 6B. We had a great time staying here. Lori was easy to work with and made planning our vacation even easier. The property is in a great location to anything orange beach or gulf shores you’d like to visit. You can easily walk to the public beach 5 mins away. We even walked to dinner one evening to Cotton’s restaurant. Plenty of fishing to be done just from the docks. Even ran into her husband on property during that week that took time out to check in on us to see if we needed anything. This was our 3rd SB in orange beach overall 10/10 would recommend.

Love staying at this condo. It’s clean, has easy access to the beach and to town, and is in a friendly community. John was very responsive to my questions and communicated well. 100% recommend staying here!
