Recommend! We spent great days there! Cozy Ap, well-equipped, clean, with structure (TV and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room ). Very good condominium pool and is two blocks from the beach (we went and back on foot without problems). Condominium orai service very good! Amanda was very helpful in the instructions and in the attendance. Check out was flexible (which allowed us to escape from the back traffic!). I recommend it! And we will definitely be back.

My experience was amazing. The apartment is complete, cozy and was impeccably clean. Vanessa was extremely attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, always ready to help with any need. Without a doubt, I recommend this stay for those seeking comfort and a hassle-free experience.

Great apartment and condominium. Stephany served us very well. General utensils, cleaning, good beds, air-conditioning. Covered garage spaces, good location (is outside the Riviera, but with close access on foot). But the best is the proximity to the beach of Itaguaré (500 meters), wonderful, is worth the walk.

As always the stay at Fernanda's AP is always pleasurable, we feel at home. It's already our 4 times, but the first time I rent it through my profile.

Rodrigo was always attentive, answered our questions promptly. When we need an umbrella, the caretaker Raí did his best and lent us a parasol, which served us ksksksks. The apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean. Well located, it is very close to the beach and market. Nice and cozy beach, even in the high season.

The stay was wonderful! The house is complete and close to the beach of Tabatinga, within walking distance. The only difficulty is the very bumpy street, but just go slowly that it's all right! We love staying there and we will definitely come back more often !

Great stay! I would definitely stay again. Educated, fast, accurate host in the information. Some improvements that can make hosting even better: - Stroller to take chairs to the beach was broken, but fulfilled its function - Barbecue exhaust with low flow then the apartment filled with smoke (I confirmed that the chimney hood was on) - Water leaking from the refrigerator The distance to the beach is only 600 m (8 min walk). I recommend it!

There were incredible days in this apartment (which I recommend), with great accommodations, good bed and bath games, sensational hosts, super host and always available. We were treated wonderfully well; even with great recommendations and quick responses (from check-in to check-out). There are good restaurants and markets nearby. We'll be back again!

Great location. 50 meters to the beach. Jacuzzi is of great value. Amazing sofa to watch TV.

Our experience with Raquel was excellent! It exceeded expectations! We only have one thing to say the outdoor pool was with the hot water. it would be good for the condominium to check this. in addition, everything of the highest quality!! the view on the terrace is wonderful!!

The apartment is magnificent, great rooms, all very large. The location is perfect, it is close to the Capivari, but in a quiet place without noise. The street is very calm. You can get around by walking quietly, especially since from the apt to the center, there are not those huge climbs. We'll definitely come back!

I already know the condominium and is often 8 years old , but it was the first time I stayed in this apartment. the experience was amazing. very well equipped apartment, new , everything clean and smelling. Paulo gave us full attention and always very kind. We were allowed to anticipate check-in . We felt at home . Everything is very thoughtful and elaborate for excellent lodging. My family and I love it.

I and my family loved our stay at Letícia and Felipe's apartment. They are excellent hosts, super helpful, polite and considerate. The apartment is super cozy and spacious, all rooms with ceiling fans, air conditioning in the bedrooms , comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen with utensils and new appliances. Exceeding our expectations and matching the photos of the listing. We'll be back for sure.
