Loft vacation rentals in Costa Verde

Everything corresponds exactly as in the ad. The cabin is super cozy. The condominio has a super nice structure. And the convenience is great!

This was the third year in a row that we celebrated our wedding in Monte Verde and at the Pousada Oak. The site is extremely organized, impeccable cleaning, fantastic breakfast and the competent and very friendly Owners ( Leila and César). The next year we will be back . João Atílio Rosa

Our days at the house were amazing! Starting with the prior guidance and more than perfect service from the hosts, to wonderful views and a super-equipped house. For lovers of views and trails, the house has plenty! Access via a staircase trail leads you to Toque Toque Grande beach, a beautiful beach. Prepare the lung and thighs. She's beautiful, but she needs to be in better shape. Be sure to stop by the condominium pool, it has a very good view! From start to finish, we only have compliments. See you next time!

Great stay, beautiful place!! Both the house and the island. We had a whole day without power and it rained all day, but these are general cases on the island, external to the accommodation. Noelia was always ready to help with all our concerns, she constantly informed us which places to visit, and gave us directions and advice. Very kind and grateful to her!! We recommend it 100% and we would definitely stay there again.

Extremely nice clean place. Maristela is an amazing host, responds quickly, eases check-in and check-out, making it very easy to stay. The loft is exactly the same as in the pictures, very structured, has all the necessary utensils, in addition to being in a great location. Close to the beach and local shops. We had an amazing experience and can enjoy everything with our pets in complete safety. I have nothing to complain about... The loft and the hospitality of Maristela are wonderful. I'd come back without a second thought!

The location of the condominium is easy to find and the reception staff was well educated. The accommodation is spacious for a couple, highlighting the comfort of the living room, the very large bathroom with a great shower and the pleasant balcony overlooking the forest, great for relaxing. We are surprised by the proximity of the beach, it really is a few meters until you put your foot in the sand. The host was always very helpful and attentive, responding to us with speed and education. We love our stay. If possible, we will return.

The chalet corresponds to the photos, is cozy and great for relaxing. We chose the site to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and met our expectations. Over the hill, it was very quiet, my car is 1.0 and climbed without any difficulty. For those who are used to the slopes and shortcuts from the top of the good view, will take it by hand. During the day we didn't see any mosquitoes. However, at bedtime, several appeared and even with repellent, only improved by turning on the air-conditioning, so there is the tip. I further emphasize that the mosquito net was torn, so it did not help. The hot tub was not so clean and by connecting the hydro de facto, the water came out with a strange smell and more dust. The chickens woke us up early, 4:24. As much as the loft is right on the slope, there are other residences around and we wake up a few times in the morning with motorcycles and cars going up. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The loft is great, super complete in kitchen utensils, clean linens, clean towels. The condo gives access to a super quiet beach

I SIMPLY LOVED THE SPACE PROVIDED BY THE HOST FERNANDO , THAT WARMTH, EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE, MAGNIFICENT DECOR, THE DUPLEX HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED , HAD ALL THE KITCHEN UTENSILS, TO HAIR DRYERS IN THE TWO BATHROOMS, IRON , CEILING FAN WITH REMOTE CONTROL, AIR CONDITIONING TBM, THE WONDERFUL CONDOMINIUM, THE POLISHED STAFF, THE DUPLEX IS VERY CLOSE TO THE POOLS THAT I LOVED TBM , EMFIM ONLY HAVE COMPLIMENTS , OBGD FERNANDO FOR EVERYTHING , ( KNOW THAT WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOME , AS IF OURS ) WE WILL BE BACK IN A COMING OPPORTUNITY!!!😊😊😊👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤛

We feel comfortable, there is a balcony with ash ash that can smoke, quiet place, very clean, good mto kitchen, with super brand new utensils and pans, without counting the host's attention, always willing, with fast communication, super recommend!!

My stay and my fiancé's stay was great. The Studio is exactly the same as the photos/description. Everything was clean, organized and easy to access within the environment. The Studio is compact, but serves 2 people well. Negative points: the noise of the streets that ends up reverberating into the apartment, since it meets with the room on the sidewalk; and that there are only 2 floor cloths available. The apartment does not have a cooktop, but it is equipped with a sandwich maker, coffee maker, air fryer and a rice cooker, so you can do a lot of things, we don't miss anything. Good benefit cost. Excellent location in relation to the city's main landmarks, from to do everything on foot. Proactive hosts and facilitated communication and relaxed check-in, which was available 4 hours earlier than agreed. Summary: If you don't mind the noise at night, I highly recommend it!

Clean, organized and cozy place. Perfect for couples and very well located. The host responds quickly to messages, answering questions and providing guidance. I'll be back in Ubatuba and I'd love to stay in the loft.
