The apartment is exactly like in the pictures... very clean, spacious and functional. Two bathrooms help a lot... the balcony too, with good space! Air conditioned in the bedrooms and living rooms, that is, the apartment all fresh! The condominium is very nice, with daily care pools, playground, game room, etc. The location of the apartment facilitates the locomotion to the center or beaches of the North... Worth the stay! Carlos always very kind and available!!!

Mr. Aldo and wife are excellent hosts, communicative and humorous received us very well, fulfilled everything you had told us before, recommended to us restaurants, better places to visit, in short, I felt at home, you can rent without fear.

The apartment is a dream, the incredible view, at night being able to sleep with the noise of the sea is beautiful. I loved the condominium that is super complete, with market inside available 24/7, the condominium gym spotless, children's play area as well. There is everything close to get around on foot, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. My stay would come back a thousand times, Dora was very kind and Denise who made our check-in and check-out also super kind. I recommend it 100%, I'll definitely be back.

We really want to go back! When I saw the photos in the listing, I was delighted and it's the way, the best view I've ever had to the sea (and I've been cruising). Wake Up facing that landscape is a gift. The apto. is very useful and had everything we needed to cook. We really feel at home. Did I mention the landscape? rs. We made all our meals on the balcony. Both the building and the apto. are older, beautiful but with older infrastructure. The surroundings are very good. Quiet place with many facilities around, such as markets, restaurants etc They were very delicious and striking days of rest. We thank Diego for all hospitality.

We love our stay, the very clean apt, great location, foot in the sand . There is the freezer with ice, the heated pool, the shower, all wonderful for our convenience. The super attentive staff. Mr. Mauro gave us all the attention possible.Enfim is well worth it.

It was a very good stay, great home, with everything we needed. Mateo was buying things for us in the next market, always willing to help us. Levem repellent, a lot kills around what brings mosquitoes. A tranquillity, a perfect place to take children, we enjoyed the house a lot, it was raining the days we stayed, and the good that the house was too good and we enjoyed our class. I hope to go back and meet other beautiful places nearby.

Juliana's house is very comfortable and cozy , the pier at the front of the house gives an extra charm and a huge practicality to those who want to ride a speedboat. The swimming pool was always clean as was the house. Dona Estela, the diarista, was super helpful and made us a delicious fish. We'll be back for sure !

I really liked the house as it is spacious. There are 3 suites on the second floor and 1 suite in the first. The kitchen is complete, it has everything and we hired the housekeeper. The condominium has everything, swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket. We hired a boat tour and left the pier of the house and the condominium has a marina. The owner of the house is very friendly. I want to come back more often.

Luciana's apartment looks a lot like the photos, but we miss a larger space for meals. In relation to the rest of the property, we like the beds very much, they are comfortable, the air conditioners and fans work very well, it has televisions with various channels and apps in all the rooms and wonderful showers. The view is very good. The building has an interesting leisure area, since it is a little further from the condominium club, but it is much closer to the beach. The fact that we had only one card for the group of 6 people was complicated. An access password could be provided only for that stay, in which everyone could have access to enter. The access to the swimming pool of the building's leisure area is only by stairs, a problem for people with compromised mobility. However, Luciana's apartment is comfortable and the communication quickly, the indications given by her were profitable.

Complete, spacious, clean condo. All rooms have air-conditioning, but we took very fresh days, they were not necessary. Well located, beautiful view. All that was needed for our stay was present: bath towels and bed linens (including extra quantity), kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The condominium pool is wonderful. Our home was perfect. Pegamos cloudy days and the comfort of Apt was paramount for those days. Apt is complete, spacious, clean, spacious and cozy. The view is beautiful, the first bed and bath linen, has air conditioning and all environments, tv in the bedrooms and living room. The location is great, close to the mall (5min walk). If you go by car, you have a lot of cool things to know about the surroundings, such as: the downtown beaches, the naval aerial (navy), lookout on the beach of Bonfim… an hour drive, you are in Paraty and to explore the beaches and local culture. The structure of the Hotel is very good, court for sports, swimming pool (the heated one saved us in the cloudy days with the children), not counting the main, motorboat pier at the hotel itself without having to move to another point…the host, Marcelo was extremely attentive to our well-being and was always helpful to us! I can't wait for our next visit…I highly recommend it!!
