Waterfront vacation rentals in Costa Verde

This is the second time we have stayed at this accommodation and it is great, very airy, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool, the pools and the game room are very cool, the host always responds when it is needed, we will certainly come back more often.

João welcomed me super well and was very helpful. As I was moving, I had to do the early check in and he gave me all the support in this. The apartment is very faithful to the photos and comfortable. I felt at home during the time I was in. The only negative point of the entire stay was the next neighbor, whose apartment exudes an extremely strong stench of dog and cigarette, but it is not a characteristic that concerns the AP or the host.

What an amazing stay! The apartment is beautiful! Functional Suoer! Extremely clean and fragrant linens. Mr. Aldo and his wife Mrs Angela are super accessible and extremely friendly! There is nothing missing! The condo is amazing, safe and with a breathtaking view. Located next to the Piratas mall, we walked. My family loved it! Just go!

My stay was wonderful! The appartment is amazing, very well clean, equipped and decorated! It's nicer than the pictures! The place is wonderful, amazing view! I had a problem with the air conditioning of one of the rooms, it wasn't freezing! My mother who would sleep there, slept in the living room that has two air conditioners. The internet didn't work either, but I honestly didn't miss it… anyway, I want to come back! It is well worth it.

A very good surprise! The flat is super-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and cordial in communication, helping me in everything. Check-in was also super easy. Spectacular view.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

It was a fantastic stay. I have rarely been tempted to return to an airbnb in my life, and this is one of the ones I would return for sure. From the view of the beach to the sound of the sea, this apartment is therapy. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel was also very convenient.

This might have the best views in Brazil!

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Our stay was perfect, the house is out of the ordinary of beautiful, decoration, view, location, everything. We feel at home, really very beautiful and cozy, and to complete, next door there is a private beach.

Great home, amazing location with very attentive host communication

I really liked the house as it is spacious. There are 3 suites on the second floor and 1 suite in the first. The kitchen is complete, it has everything and we hired the housekeeper. The condominium has everything, swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket. We hired a boat tour and left the pier of the house and the condominium has a marina. The owner of the house is very friendly. I want to come back more often.

The house is great and the location, there's no way to find fault. I highly recommend the service of Dona Elaine, who made a wonderful breakfast and lunch for us.

Luciana's apartment looks a lot like the photos, but we missed having a larger space for meals. Regarding the rest of the property, we really liked the beds, they are comfortable, the air-conditioners and fans work very well, there are televisions with multiple channels and apps in all rooms and wonderful showers. The view is very good. The building has an interesting leisure area, as it is a little further from the condominium club, but it is much closer to the beach. The fact that we only had one card for the group of 6 was complicated. An access password could be made available only for that stay, where everyone could have access to enter. Access to the pool in the building's leisure area is only by stairs, a problem for people with impaired mobility. However, Luciana's apartment is comfortable and communication is quick, the directions she gave were helpful.

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

I loved the space , everything organized, appliance and new furniture, apartment identical to the photos . The very kind , polite , friendly and patient host. The whole air-conditioned apartment,all well organized . They were quiet days… even though it was a carnival week… we were able to rest and escape the excitement because the condominium offers activities for all tastes . Hope to be back soon !!!

We liked the accommodation after 5 min. of Sopping of the Pirates. The pool is Wonderful. I recommend and wish to return.

Lovely Carnival!!!! The apartment is cozy, beautiful and overlooking the pool and beach ( side) The condo is wonderful with a heated pool!!! Besides this is just across the street that is already on the beach. O. host always available with information, quick in replies and flexible. This is my top 1 for the Guarujá. Let's go back soon!!
