Absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable lounge chairs surrounding the pool. Relax in the sun or shade while listening to the waves. The cabanas were a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious with many options for breakfast and lunch. Walkable location to beaches and restaurants. Will definitely visit again.

We had an outstanding stay!! The rental at Quinto Sol Agua was exactly as described and Chris and Cindy were excellent hosts. Upon check in the unit was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The grounds and the pool were very well maintained and gorgeous. The beach is right outside the back gate and only steps away from the ocean. There are many fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance to town and the small stores have most essentials you would need. A wonderful stay and would for sure stay here again.

Our two stays at Rita's were amazing! The staff (Brian and Margarita) were always around and helpful. The spot was so beautiful and peaceful, and the pool/common areas were great for kids. Would highly recommend - just bring bug spray. :)

Great place and minutes away from La Ropa beach. Pool is a fantastic amenity as well.

At arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that instantly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. Erica's attention to detail was evident throughout her peaceful and immaculately clean property. Not only was the accommodation top-notch, but the staff were also incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. The accommodation is in an excellent location, in front of some super delicious pizzas and on the corner an OXXO. The beach is located surrounding the AIRBNB no more than a 5 minute walk. Public transportation passes on the corner which easily takes you to the center of ZIHUATANEJO. The super comfortable rooms, the super refreshing pool and RICARDO Y MELY a love of people.

A vacation that felt like home. David and his wife were extremely accommodating and gracious hosts. The outdoor space and living area were much nicer than what you see through the photos. The outdoor space was peaceful surrounded by fruit trees and if you’re lucky you may enjoy some fresh fruit from the yard. The private pool was always kept super clean and I was fortunate to stay cool during the hot season. The yard is completely walled so you don’t have to worry if you have a dog and can keep your vehicle safe. The surrounding neighborhood was extremely quiet. Inside the bed was huge and I must’ve slept 11 hours my first night with the cold air conditioner after the long drive-in. Also has a stove, fridge, and anything you need if you want to cook your own food. Nice restaurant 2 minutes walk down the road. Troncones is a growing beach town destination with some great food and surf spots. The best airbnb I have stayed at, thanks David!
