Great place in the centre of the village.

Stayed for 5 weeks in Nov/Dec loved the apartment so well equipped & comfortable, towels folded on bed , slippers,chocolates all on arrival plus fruit bowl,beer & wines in fridge.Made good use of the bbq facilities on the terrace. Manta Rota very quiet around this time of year which we knew as visited before when staying in nearby Cabanas but still have a few bars & cafes decent supermarket & a good butchers. Easy access for a boardwalk to Altura or walk opposite direction along the beach to beautiful Cacella Vella. Lucy was always available via messaging & Ricardo was on hand in village if needed. All in all great place to stay would not hesitate to return in the future.

Perfect stay, it couldn't have been better! We had a great stay throughout November and highly recommend this apartment! The apartment was pikobello clean, superbly equipped and had free, very fast internet – ideal for our workation. The furniture was modern and well maintained, and the large terrace was a definite highlight. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. The entire apartment complex is very well maintained and quiet, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away – just perfect. The host Rui was incredibly friendly, always available and responded immediately to any question. It was definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we will definitely be back! Joao and his wife Erica were very responsive and available when needed. I enjoyed my stay in their studio apartment and hope to return there in 2025. I appreciated the early check in and late check out made available to me to suit my flight times. The location is central in a quiet street, 5 minutes walk to the Club Aqua beach and 10 minute walk to the marina. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.
