Vacation rentals with a patio in Coralville

The place was adorable! Loved staying g in a beautiful historic building. I thought it was wonderful how the place was decorated in local items with recommendations to local businesses. We enjoyed the drinks in the fridge as well. Also the location was perfect. Everything was within an easy walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

A wonderful place to stay near everything but yet in a quiet space.

I had an excellent experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described It’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality Airbnb experience.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need. There were so many little extras in the apartment that it was obvious that a lot of thought has gone into setting it up. If someone is very tall however they might have trouble sleeping in the trundle bed as it is quite short. I loved the blinds that can fold down from the top to let in daylight but also allow for privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great unit for a couple. It has a large living space with a full kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The bed was very comfortable. It is in a country location, so it is very quiet, but only ten minutes from downtown and the university. Rose was a great host We look forward to returning.

Seth was amazing and very easy to work with. The house and property were very beautiful. House was very clean and cant forget about the lovable cat that enjoyed the weekend with us around the bonfire. I would highly recommend this house/property for family gatherings etc! We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

Loved our stay!! The house was comfortable and very clean. We loved all the extra things that were provided, pop corn, coffees, teas, shampoos, conditioners. Great place to come home to and relax. My boys loved watching the horse and buggies going by from the front porch. Thank you for being so accommodating to our family. Hope to visit this place again soon!

Perfect house for our large group. Located in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to local attractions like Finkbine Golf Course and Kinnick Stadium. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute, beautifully appointed and quiet. Most importantly it was super clean! The beds are comfortable and we were appreciative of the nice linens and towels. Kenneth and Cathy were easy to communicate with and so pleasant to work with. Check in and out was easy. The location is perfect, easy to get to everything. We hope that we are able to stay here again when we visit Cedar Rapids!

Clean and comfortable. Convenient home-base for Cedar Rapids area. Nearby grocery stores and Walmart. Guthridge Park very close by with .8 mile walking loop trail.

GREAT location. The space was welcoming and we had plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be so close to the shops and BBQ festive. The outside space was fun to enjoy the outdoors and grill was a bonus. The amenities were all great. Will stay again sometime!!

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

Erin was super responsive and helpful, the instructions were clear as day, the description of the stay was accurate and exactly as expected. Very affordable and perfect for my husband, 4 mo old baby and I as we stopped to visit friends.

Great location, able to walk to restaurants and bars. Condo is very clean and updated including kitchen accessories. Parking is in a garage across the street and not very well lit. There’s an espresso machine in the condo, thankfully there’s a great coffee shop across the street. No dressers in the master bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay! Our family and puppy had a great time, it felt like home! Earl was a great host who always responded quickly! Check-out process was easy too (not a ton of cleaning required). We will stay again on our next visit to the town!

2nd stay here, Miles was a flexible host and the space was just as lovely the second go round.
