I cannot say enough good things about working with Maria and staying at this property. The team was friendly, extremely helpful, and provided top-notch customer service throughout our six week stay. Check-in was easy. We were met at the unit and were shown how to use all the appliances, etc., to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. Any situation that required assistance (TV), was handled immediately- the team was always available to help. The location was great, walkable to several neighborhoods throughout the city, attractions, and restaurants. The apartment was bright, clean, modern, well equipped, and at our request, Maria arranged housekeeping services on a weekly basis for a nominal fee. We look forward to staying at this or any of their properties upon our return to Lisbon. (Ruben, the doorman, was terrific!)

Great apartment in a great location, experience was smooth and easy and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to have a longer stay in Lisbon.

The high point of the apartment is undoubtedly the location. It is possible to do everything by walking, it is in the block of the great and famous luxury shops, good restaurants, good flow of pedestrians without ceasing to be quiet. The house has everything you need, shower with hot water, good mattress, reasonable bedding and bath, only the pillows left to be desired, but this is very personal taste. The apartment was very clean. The building is charming, very close to market, honest greens (huge network of well-made and real food at good prices) and tb to trendier restaurants. Another important point was the garage, there is not much offer of apartments with garage included, parking on the street is expensive, and many vacancies are reserved for residents. They are very judicious in punishing those who do not comply with the rates and restrictions, so the garage was a find. Simone is kind and attentive and allowed us to leave the car parked after checkout because there would be no guests arriving.

If you are looking for a local, non-touristy experience in Lisbon, this apartment is a great option. it is very well situated on the border of the Estrela and Campo De Ourique neighbourhoods. Tons of boutique shopping nearby with all the amentities you need. Tram 28 stops right outside the door and many attractions such as the Estrela Basilica, Estrela Park, Campo De Ourique Market, Amoreiras Shopping Mall and Prazeres Cemetery are a short walk away. For foodies, there are hundreds of restaurants nearby. on the weekend the neighbourhood comes alive with locals and their families strolling the streets, and in the evening the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Although small, the apartment is very well equipped and clean. Teresa, Jose, and Luis were all very hospitable and responsive.
