Great spot. Every thing was as described and Melanie was extremely accommodating. It is a larger space than you think from photos. We had Thanksgiving here and the spice cabinet was stocked with all that I forgot. Very grateful. We had an incredible authentic meal on Saturday at the El Coyote, great food and staff. Another review spoke of the birds at night, we had a great showing in the mornings as well. Fire pit was just a great bonus to get us outside in the crisp weather. Went to Cold Spring for Black Friday, shops were antique, artisan, and eclectic. Hiked Anthony’s Nose. 3.6 Miles was perfect on Saturday. You can do shorter.

Great spot in Beacon; really close to downtown. House is spotless and comfortable. Check in was really easy. Plenty of parking.

The house was exactly as advertised. We travelled to Rochester as a family for a wedding. The house is spacious enough for 6 + adults with ample space so that any of us could find a place to have quiet time if needed. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We recommend Dan and Peggy’s house to anyone travelling in this beautiful part of Vermont.

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

Fantastic location! House has everything you need for your home away from home. Clean and the best home if you are bringing your dog!! Fenced in yard and even a dog dish if you forget to pack your dogs. I would highly recommend!

Michael was kind, friendly and accommodating. He communicates clearly and makes you feel at home. The property and home are terrific. Everything you need is there.... but the pictures don't convey what a feast for the eyes the home is. You should book it for yourself and see! It's a gem.

Kelli’s place was just what we were looking for: proximity to Saranac Lake, an easy drive to XC skiing and hiking, and right across from picturesque Moody Pond (and walking distance to the Baker Mt trailhead). Kelli was very responsive to all queries and the house was just as described. We were all very pleased and I’d recommend Kelli’s house to anyone visiting the area.

Peaceful - that’s what comes to mind when thinking about this house. It is perfect for busy city dwellers who want to escape from the noise and the pace of everyday life. The house is well designed and decorated. We really enjoyed the living room with its huge windows facing the forest around the property. We were lucky enough to see the real winter outside, with snow slowly covering the pine trees. In the evening, the wood stove provided a lot of heat and even more relaxed atmosphere. The house has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with both the shower and a soaking tub. The living room is huge and has a big dining table. You can park your car in the garage, if the weather is unpleasant. The property itself is big and you can walk around it, enjoy the pristine forest and say hello to local deer. There is even a small stream bubbling between the house and the quiet road. We enjoyed this place and our cat did as well.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We were visiting family in Sterling Ct. for the holiday. This apartment was a short drive 10-12 minutes and very easy to find. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay.

Loraine (and her husband, Dean), were warm, gracious, and extraordinary hosts. Their architecturally stunning barn conversion, and gorgeous property, exceeded my expectations, and made for a magical and relaxing respite. Their property location was a scenic car ride to so many desirable touring destinations in both NY and VT., but just spending time on their many acres was a restorative experience all it’s own. An amazing traveller’s value, and I sure hope to return one day!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

My girlfriend and I arrived late at night, Richard was very friendly and kindly demonstrated how to work the gate and the hot tub. Inside was super clean, lights were very easy to navigate, TV was large and drinks were provided. All and all 10/10 experience, would visit again in the future.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our weekend getaway from the city. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Susanna was friendly and helpful and we greatly appreciate her for allowing us to stay there. We will most definitely be keeping this on our "Must Revisit" list.

Great Location! This was out first time in an Airbnb as we usually stay in a hotel. This was so much better than a hotel. I have friends and family in the area so it was easy to visit them and they could even visit us. We brought our old dog with us and he was able to get in and out of the cottage without any difficulty. The cottage was fully equipped and everything we needed was readily available. We had to reschedule our trip when our dog got sick and Stephen was more then accommodating and that was much appreciated. I hope to get there again when Kay's is still open!

Ron’s house was fairly priced for all it had to offer. Comfortable, private, great amenities. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you! Ron was responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations. He had everything prepared and you can tell he has listened to the feedback of past guests and made adjustments. Overall, a really great experience and I would definitely book again. The property was clean, comfortable, secluded; peaceful.

Such a lovely time and Chris & Cynthia’s! Cynthia was so communicative leading up to our stay and kindly greeted us upon arrival for a quick walkthrough of the property. They were so accommodating and easy going with check in times and were so pet friendly! Loved staying here!

This place was the perfect spot for a snowy Vermont weekend. The cabin is cozy and warm! The plow came multiple times to make sure we were able to drive out. Also, we loved the fence for our pups to run around. We will definitely book here again anytime we are coming to Stowe.

We loved staying at Kathy's place! The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for our dog - he felt right at home! Everything was spotless and the entire home was so cozy. Kathy was super responsive and communicative - I couldn't recommend the place more!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

Really felt right at home at Darlas cottage. It was peaceful and allowed me to turn off from electronics and enjoy quality time with my Fiancee and dog in the surrounding nature. Lots of available hiking trails not far from the property. Everything was clean and well kept and i literally slept like a baby. Looking forward to another stay and its pet friendly!

Nice cozy place, had everything we needed, clean, easy to find and get into. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We came in October so the town was starting to close down but there were some places still open.

A well-equipped, comfortable, relaxing property in the most stunning location with access to the lake and causeway for walking & cycling. The cottage is situated right on the lakeside with the most stunning view throughout the day. Easy access by car to local facilities and quaint Burlington 15 minutes away. The expansive Lake Champlain is a delight to explore, with the islands only a half-hour drive away. Definitely a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy amazing surronging natural beauty.
