Monthly Rentals in Comox Valley

We have nothing but 5 star reviews for this place. We stayed here from Nov 1 - Feb 1, 2025. Shelley was very good and responsive in answering all our questions leading up to our arrival. She had the unit unlocked for easy of entry. The unit is private and shielded for any bad weather. (winter months). The picture represent this suite perfectly. We had everything we needed for our 3 mth stay. This suite was spotless and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen cookware was great and we had everything we needed. We were within driving distance to so many beautiful trails and close to both Comox/Courtney/Campbell River. We ventured out to as many trails as we could and have so many picture to remind us why we would love to return. Chris and Shelley were great as hosts and we will miss them. We will miss our time at their place and hope to return. You will not be disappointed in any way if you rent this place for your stay. Thanks Melissa and Arnold

Really cozy & beautifully done! Bed was soft and comfy and the neighborhood was quiet but still walkable to restaurants and shops. Courtney was super friendly and responsive. Would absolutely recommend!

If you are going to the Comox Valley, Courtenay area and prefer a beautiful, quiet, peaceful setting then The Loft is for you. A perfect layout and so tastefully decorated you can’t help but feel at home. To be in this serene setting, literally gated off from the world in one minute and less than 5 minutes later be at the restaurants, gas stations, drugstore, or airport in five minutes, it can’t be beat. Kye Bay Park is also right there by the airport for a walk on the beach and some beautiful vista’s to take in on the way. We had a wonderful stay and the host was excellent. Destinee was quick with responses and very accommodating with our questions and requests. We are looking forward to getting back out to the Island soon. In fact, I would plan our next trip around the availability of this home. Thank you for the memories!

The place was great! Very clean, comfortable and we felt right at home! Would definitely recommend this place and visit again :)
