Waterfront vacation rentals in Colorado River

We had such a great time staying in Bombay Beach! It’s such a unique place filled with amazing art and character. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, offering tons of great local recommendations and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re looking forward to coming back :)

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

The true definition of oasis! The tranquility and beauty is stunning and Troy and Katherine are exceptionally kind and helpful - their love of the space radiates! So many thoughtful touches - from kitchen to bathroom to laundry and beyond. Comfortable and private - plus being able to enjoy the gardens, the river, and the hot tub only made this space even more special. So grateful for such an amazing stay in Sedona!

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

Really enjoyed our relaxing stay at Cristian and Mariana’s place….just what the doctor ordered after a couple days on hectic Las Vegas strip! Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day on the patio over looking pool ! Lovely weather and nice a quiet in early April. Hope to be back!

Spent a great weekend right on the river. The entire place was clean with a comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Mark was very nice. He called before check-in went over everything. It was refreshing and not stressful at all. The place was perfect for my family and I. The river being your backyard is a dream. Great place to Stay! Had lots of fun !!

Very peaceful location, super clean and comfortable. My kids loved collecting shells on the beach and water was comfortable for swimming, even in early October. Don’t make the mistake that I did, thinking it is located in Needles, CA. It’s actually about 45 minutes south, with only one real restaurant (and one bar), as far as we could find, and no regular grocery stores. The market was great, though- surprisingly reasonable prices.

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

This was a fabulous location, great house, great view. I hosted my exec team for a retreat and we loved the house, loved the back deck with great furniture, and spent time by the pool. There were multiple coffee shops within two miles, and great food - fast-food or dine in. Ryan and team were great to communicate with. We had to contact them during our stay and they sent someone right over. I would highly recommend this house!

Fran is one of the most responsive hosts we have ever found. Extremely friendly and helpful. Her unit was exceptionally clean with all the amenities a renter would want. Fran's place is well decorated and homey. As a side note, the river was way down in January 2025.

Location is everything! We were surprised to learn that this home is in a gated community which was a huge plus. In addition to being right on the water and having access to a dock for our boat, we also had quiet streets for kids to scooter and play catch which was an unexpected bonus! I've been travelling to Parker since I was a child and have stayed in many homes, RVs, as well as the hotels on the water and I highly recommend this spot. The home is well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay and you'll be right where you want to be, with privacy and peace. Maritza was a responsive and kind hostess who clearly cares about her guests and their experience. We made wonderful memories - "Biggie" the big-mouth bass that resides at the home's dock (he never leaves!) is now an honorary part of our family. Thank you for having us, Maritza!

Loved staying here! Beautiful, huge and clean condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the boat slip in the evenings. In the mornings we would take a walk to the river dock. Lorraine's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Bullhead/Laughlin area.

In this crowded market of properties everyone seems to want to out do each and for us that are renters we are the beneficiaries of some really cool things the owners are doing for us! I say that to say this.. for me it’s the little barely seen touch that sent me over the roof. What is it you ask? It was extremely hot for checkin and upon entering the home, yes it had AC and it was on but when opening the fridge there was a Brita Water container that was full of THE COLDEST WATER EVER!!! Well done Stephanie, life just improved 2000% That’s it…. Simplicity at its finest!

Absolutely amazing stay at Ryan’s short-term rental in Lake Havasu! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location—just steps from the iconic London Bridge and right on the waterfront with jaw-dropping views. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Gorgeous spot. Right on the water and great views of canal and London Bridge. Stayed mid week and was peaceful and enjoyed swimming right out front as well as being able to pull boat in and out easily. Condo had everything we needed and was clean, nice furniture and cozy beds. Host was very accommodating with requests and easy to communicate with. We have stayed in this complex a few times but this was first time in this unit and definitely one of our favorites. Will book again.
