This place is awesome. The house and the property are great. Very quiet and secluded location in the canyon, but only a 5-10 minute drive into Sedona. Would definitely stay here again.

GREAT location right on Havasu’s London bridge boardwalk! We also loved taking the Paddleboard out in the channel. Unit had everything we needed for a mini family reunion. Highly recommend!

This was my first Air BnB experience, and couldn't be more pleased. The accommodations were spectacular, the hosts were communicative, and we just really enjoyed this home and the location within Sedona is second to none--close to everything, yet very quiet and secluded. Absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful place. We were there partly for work and stayed a couple of extra days to explore Sedona, and we couldn't have picked a better place for a basecamp for both work and pleasure. Simply stunning.

The true definition of oasis! The tranquility and beauty is stunning and Troy and Katherine are exceptionally kind and helpful - their love of the space radiates! So many thoughtful touches - from kitchen to bathroom to laundry and beyond. Comfortable and private - plus being able to enjoy the gardens, the river, and the hot tub only made this space even more special. So grateful for such an amazing stay in Sedona!

Exactly as described! This place is a beautiful oasis in the woods. The reservation comes with access to a huge property that is very peaceful and private. It is an amazing place to relax and enjoy nature. My husband, dog, and I really enjoyed our time here.

Jonathan and Carin’s place was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the serene backyard and beautifully setup interiors. It was as described with no surprises.

Kristie's home was perfect for what we needed. We were traveling and checked in late and left early. We basically just needed a place to sleep 1/2 to our destination. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Thank you!

This was such an amazing experience. The house and host were very welcoming. Everything was immaculate. It felt just like we were at home. Location was perfect because we were so close to so many places. Definitely would rent again if and when i come back to Arizona.😁 can’t thank them enough

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

My wife and I have been staying in this same Airbnb for several every year for a family getaway. We have family that we meet here that stay in this area, We love the house and location, I’ll be back next year

It was such a pleasure to find a place on the water we could bring our dogs. It made the trip the best! Will definitely return. First time to river in October and water was glass May never go any other time again. There was a race on the river the weekend we left and it was so fun to get to see and they turned around right in front of the house.

Nice place, very clean, good size for family, had everything we needed. Nice community pool. Enjoyed being relatively close to lake for fishing and boating. Rented slip, made it easy to go out in the water everyday. Make sure to get liability insurance for boat or security won’t let you bring it in or use slip. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

The host made sure we had all the information we needed well before our arrival, which helped us plan our trip smoothly. Although we only stayed for one night after a long day at Lake Mead, the place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful riverfront view—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Host went above and beyond by having a hair dryer delivered promptly when we asked about one. Even for a short stay, it was a lovely and accommodating experience.

The view is so much better than the pictures. I was nervous since it was in a campground but it was perfect quick walk right to the water and you are looking right at the water on a large beautiful deck. Really close to London bridge and other attractions. We will come back

The house is big enough for our eight people and the location isn15 away from the strip. Recommend place for big family and friends enjoy together!

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Great host and great home and community, very peaceful community and beautiful surroundings, I would move into this home if I could lol the host was nice and should great hospitality, the home was very clean and organized and had snacks and drinks for the guests, overall great place to stay if you are visiting AZ for any reason…. I will definitely be back

Had a great stay—everything was good and comfortable! One of the highlights was the welcome binder the host provided. It was filled with local activities, things to do in and around Page, and even included hidden trails with photos and helpful notes. It really helped us discover some local gems we might have otherwise missed. The extra effort the host put into that guide truly made our trip more memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

This place was absolutely amazing! The best part was how nice the host was and quick to respond to any questions we had. This house has something for everyone. My kids loved all the games in the garage and the pool was the best part! If I could give it ten stars I would because our whole experience was so great!

Randy was super helpful answered all our inquiries right away and the home was perfect, all the amenities we wanted. Very clean. We were in town for work and having a clean home to return to each day was so nice in such a busy city.
