Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cocoa Beach

We really enjoyed staying at the Tahitian Cottage! We were in town for two nights to visit the Kennedy Space Center, but we wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was very clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of three. The location was perfect and close to restaurants and the grocery store. We would love to visit again!

Sherman and Marlene’s place is exactly as described. An oasis of peace and beauty. The Atlantic Ocean and beach is literally off the deck in the back. Great restaurants are all nearby as well as a Publix across the street. Marlene walked us through the place with many helpful hints for our stay. The place is spotless with all the amenities you could desire. Much care was put into this location. The best part is Marlene and Sherman are wonderful people who will make you feel welcome and are always available if you need anything. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way.

We had to find a place quickly as we were traveling when the storm was about to hit north florida. I located Marlene's place and dove right in. It has been awhile since I've been to the Cape and although it was storming the entire stay we were able to view some neat changes along the way driving in. Marlene was very responsive to a question I had upon checking in. The kids were so glad to be out of the vehicle. The place was wonderful, clean and comfortable. It stormed our entire stay so we were only able to enjoy her space inside and nothing outside our around the area. We would definitely book again!

My wife and I spent a second vacation at Patty's place in 4 years. It is a beautiful apartment for 2 in the heart of Melbourn, a short drive to many local beaches (Sebastian Inlet Park is the must-see place) and close to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando attractions. Patty made the stay super comfortable with convenient check-in and check-out, fast Internet, and two conditioners in the unit. And the balcony overlooking the backyard is a great place to start the day with morning coffee!

We stayed here over night to get on a cruise the next day! Genna was a very responsive host and the place was perfect for a night stay. We walked to the beach and to and from dinner. Place was very well kept and laundry was available next doors. Recommend!!

We had a great stay at this cozy beach bungalow. Super close to the beach, restaurants and a gourmet grocery store. Loved it!

Super easy and convenient for a recent short stay in Melbourne. Tim communicated quickly and made check in and check out simple, and even allowed us to stay a couple of hours past departure time when our flight got delayed. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Awesome place close to the beach, restaurants and bars! Would highly recommend staying at John’s house!! If our group is ever back in Cocoa Beach we would definitely rent again.

Tiffany and Tanya were very helpful with instructions beforehand and were communicating throughout the week to ensure there were no issues with our stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for and had plenty of space for all of us. I would absolutely stay here again in future visits to Melbourne.

The listing was perfect for our family trip and needs. It was everything we expected and more, Pedro and team were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend or inquire staying in the future.

Very nice little place and very equipped. Wish we had been able to use kayaks but weather was too cool. We would be sure to keep this on our list for cocoa beach! One thing to note that i may have missed in description is that it is an upstairs unit so you must be able to walk up stairs as that is only access, which was not an issue for us

beautiful home with a great Lanai in back to sit in. we loved seeing the river across the street and walked to pineapple Park where there was a pier to see dolphins and a restaurant right there as well. the location was very close to the event we went there for so very convenient

We loved Shawn’s place. He provided lots of items like coffee, creamer, toiletries, laundry detergent etc. the beds were comfortable, outdoor space was cute and the game room is cool! I highly recommend Shawn’s place!

Excellent house, fully meets the descriptions proposed in the ad, excellent communication with the owner, plenty of space for the kids to play in the yard and very comfortable beds! we will definitely be back!!!

This was such a perfect place for us! One block from the beach where we got to see 3 launches. We loved the fact that it was adorable and quaint and so cutely decorated! Jessica was the perfect host and extremely responsive when we had questions. Loved having the stackable washer/dryer at our fingertips and was able to cook our foods too! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Jessica!

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Great location! We were able to walk to beach, visit family before checking in for a cruise. The condo was clean, and looked like described! Would rent it again!!

We really loved our stay here. The location, within walking distance to the beach, was amazing. The communication with the host was helpful and quick. The host provided everything that we needed to cook our own meals as well as beach supplies. The couch bed is pretty uncomfortable, but the main bed is great! It smells a bit damp, but we are from a dry state, so maybe that is normal for this area during this season. Overall, we felt that it was clean. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at Kay's condo. It was lovely, clean and well-stocked with all the necessary items for a short stay. I appreciated the spotless well-supplied kitchen, and the "beach closet" with beach chairs, boogie boards and even sunscreen. The unit was only steps away from the spectacular beach, and a short walk to the quirky "downtown" Cocoa Beach. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Monique and Sal are great,the condo is wonderful comfortable beds close to the beach. My wife really liked that there were no stairs to climb. The pool was next the condo and the water was the perfect temp. The beach was super close and gate was a push button code which is great because I have lost keys on the beach in the past.The pier is next to the property. Location is perfect close to everything. We are very thankful for the opportunity to stay.
