Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cocoa Beach

Adam and Patricia's place was very comfortable and in great location. Their place was exactly as described. The beach was within a two minute walk. I loved that a buggy and cooler were available to take beach chairs, surf boards and everything else to the beach. Adam and Patricia were very responsive to messages. Would book again.

This place was a great find! The location was perfect. Sitting on the balcony overlooking pool and ocean was a bonus! The condo is remodeled very beautifully. The grounds were very nice and the walkway to beach felt very private as in you have to have a code to enter and exit. Another added bonus is that we got to see a shuttle launch! We would definitely stay here again if we visit again. Thank you, Wendy!

We went to get away, relax and enjoy the beach. We left having done all that PLUS made 2 new friends. It is Exactly as described, Quiet, Peaceful, Beautiful Ocean views, Steps to the Ocean, Great deck with comfy high chairs to watch the sunrise every morning. Absolutely great place & great hosts! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Loved this place!! We came to Cocoa Beach for one night because we were taking family pictures at the beach. The place was absolutely perfect……… I loved the cute little amenities and local treasures the host had for us which were so helpful. The location is perfect…… Literally walking distance to the beach. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive. My husband and I wished that we were able to stay longer, but we will definitely be back for a longer family vacation next time! Thank you so much !!!

Absolutely love this little apartment, tons of charm in the furnishing and architectural design. My boyfriend used to live in this area so it felt right at home and being only five minutes from the beach is a great added bonus. Patty is a great host and we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment with useful kitchen. Everything was clean and cozy. The beach is not far away by car. We had beautiful days!

John's place was the most fascinating I've been - really well put together! Great size - loved the massive sofa and tv in lounge for films. at night. loved having the 3 cycles to ride to the beach. Kids loved a refreshing morning jump into the pool. patio a lovely place to lounge. Highly recommend!

Home was just as the pics showed. This was the most well equipped home we’ve ever stayed in. Backyard great for the dogs. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed here for a long weekend while we packed up my house for a move. The cottage was perfect for us. It was surprisingly private for being in the heart of town and had a true old Florida feel. The beds were comfy, everything was spotless, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

John was an amazing host. He was always so friendly to chat with and was great with our 4 yr old. Highly recommend this air bnb! We will definitely use again! A++++

The house was just what we needed. It looked new! Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shopping. Anabel responded quickly to a few questions we had. We're coming back in March!

Shane and Jen were incredibly responsive and accommodating hosts. They were always very quick to reply and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful yard with pool and oversized grill. Would have preferred if the pool was heated. Very close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again in the summer time.

This was such a perfect place for us! One block from the beach where we got to see 3 launches. We loved the fact that it was adorable and quaint and so cutely decorated! Jessica was the perfect host and extremely responsive when we had questions. Loved having the stackable washer/dryer at our fingertips and was able to cook our foods too! A++. Monica (and Paul)'s place was as attractive as the live rocket launches, the huge cruise ships leaving the terminals, the beach. We loved the apartment. Monica has catered to every detail to make the guests time in the apartment very comfortable. All of us enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sound of waves right from the apartment. Walking to the beach was a breeze. One can walk to some good restaurants and others are short drives away. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking and having a drink at the apartment were great options as well. It was a pleasure communicating with Monica. We won't be thinking of another place to stay during our next visit to Cocoa Beach.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Jean and his place were great! We loved the location and the security of the resort community. It was comfortable for the two of us and large enough to have a small family get together inside. The closet full of beach “stuff” was a happy bonus! Thank you for your hospitality, Jean. We will likely check availability next time we are in the area!

What a perfect place to chill, right on the beach, within walking distance to everything you need if you don’t want to drive. Very clean, modern, bright and airy. The most beautiful views of the ocean, we saw the most perfect of sunrises x highly recommend

Victoria is a wonderful host. Her place is beautiful with really nice decor. She was very friendly and super responsive. I highly recommend her place. You can't beat the view!

This was a great condo and super close to the beach! The amenities were absolutely amazing. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even sunscreen and aloe! I would suggest bringing a couple fans, the condo does get hot at night regardless of thermostat and also some earplugs if people are staying above you. We would absolutely stay here again and Monique & Sal were wonderful hosts.
