Monthly Rentals in Coad's Green

We stayed at Richard and Helen’s for my daughter’s 30th birthday treat. As a busy mum she just wanted to get away and chill. We 100% made the right choice, it was lovely and relaxing. A beautiful place to stay. We made use of the bbq and hot tub which Helen popped and heated for us as and when required. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The place felt a little bit of luxury with the lovely bedrooms and character. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back and would recommend highly . Thankyou both for making my daughter’s birthday one to remember! The home made scones on arrival were second to none. 😀

Absolutely loved our peaceful stay. Tracey and Mark were very attentive and friendly, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of our highlights was the Italian themed delicious dinner cooked for us! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a mini spa break to switch off.

October Cottage was absolutely delightful. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The furnishings and decor were just perfect. It was a real home from home and it was perfect for our 1st Christmas away as a family. Cathryn had really pulled out all the stops to make our stay comfortable, even setting the table for our Christmas Dinner. The location was very peaceful. We visited the local pub just down the road on our last night and the staff and food were lovely.

Our stay at The Dairy was perfect. The accommodation was peaceful and a great base for our trip. The lounge was a lovely light, sociable space for us all to chill in. The log burner was fab. There was plenty of room for the four of us in The Dairy and at no time did we feel cramped for space. The garden was ideal for our two labs and well fenced so no concerns about possible escapees!! The outside seating area was great for an afternoon sit and a drink. The pub just up the road (The Springer) looked lovely but I would recommend booking if you want to eat there as we didn’t book and then couldn’t get a table….. We would definitely stay again 😎
