We had a fantastic stay. Excellent communication and easy check in instructions. We loved the screened in porch and the mini refrigerator/freezer was very useful! Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed staying here with the easily accessible gym and pretty pool. The apartment was very close to where we needed to be for most of the week.

This was my fourth living arrangement since Helena. I am an 87 year old displaced, florida resident and Alexandra's was a quiet respite so desperately needed. Super clean inside and out, tastefully decorated and furnished for your every need. It was so wonderful to watch the birds and squirrels on the outside trees overlooking the cozy balcony while having espresso coffee ready-made in the kitchen, perfectly brewed and served with the house provisions. Communication with the owners was excellent when anything came up for mediation. We shall never forget this place.And definitely, will come back in the future.

This is an AMAZING place to stay. Staff was incredible and so nice!!!!!! So responsive when trying to book this place. The place is so clean and beautiful. The front desk staff was so insanely nice. And the girl I forget her name with brown long curly hair was the best. Does she ever go home? lol then the shorter lady working Monday was so nice too. Definitely worth it and I will be back. Amazing.

This place was pristine and in a great location for our family vacation. They were very responsive and we had a comfortable stay!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Lisa was a super host. My 97 year old father was displaced by the hurricane, his house was flooded. And they didn’t find a place to stay. He also has to have 24 hour care. Lisa was kind enough to except that there would be people coming and going taking care of a very elderly man. The apartment was great served all of his needs. Lisa was super responsive. When I had one of my own apartments open for him there were some issues with the departing Tennant. I asked Lisa if she had another day or two or three. She extended our stay one more day enough time for us to make the apartment ready for my father. Thank you, Lisa. You were a great host.

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious apartment. Just something that caught us off guard was the unit is on the 3rd floor and there aren’t any elevators.

Marta's place was great for our short trip. Comfy and close to everywhere we needed to go. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the awesome pool!

We were very happy with our stay! It was very clean and comfortable. The microwave was not working which was a little upsetting since we had leftovers we ended up throwing away but everything else was terrific! We would definitely stay again!

We needed a place to stay to help out family affected by hurricane Helene. The Tierra Verde location was perfect for us, and TJs unit exactly what we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and has a very handy walking path along the road. TJ was a very responsive host. We had an overhead fixture in which the lights were burned out, and there were no spares in the unit. TJ engaged a local friend to purchase and replace the bulbs, over and above service in our view. Our stay was cut short by the evacuation for hurricane Milton, and TJ worked with us to promptly provide a refund for the unused nights. Definitely a place that we will return to!

Absolutely loved this place! It reminded me so much of the house I lived in when I used to live in Florida! Felt right at home. Floating around in the pool watching football was exactly what I needed!

The blue bungalow is the perfect place to stay in Tampa! The house is beautiful, it has everything you need and more, the location is superb, and the hosts are super friendly and responsive. I loved the trees outside. So beautiful! The neighborhood is great too. Friendly neighbors and you're only a few blocks from Bayshore Boulevard, which is lovely. We took our dogs for walks there every day and we all loved them. We definitely recommend this home for your vacation in Tampa and we can't wait to go back soon.

Rita’s lovely home was the perfect vacation spot for us! We made memories galore here! Rita’s spacious house was very comfortable for both the adults and the two little ones, and Rita provided everything we needed for the smallest one! The backyard is private and the pool so refreshing. The best part for us was its proximity to my daughter’s house three blocks away. Another huge plus for us was having our little chihuahua with us. All in all, everyone agreed this was a place we would love to enjoy again in the future.

The house was beautiful and roomy. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space for everyone! It was clean and had most everything we needed. Having the pool and gated yard was wonderful. It was about 20 to 30 mins to the airport, Busch Gardens, and the Raymond James Stadium so it was pretty centrally located. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. All in All we’d completely stay again!!

The home was in a safe, family friendly neighborhood (we had a large group with varying ages) and within close driving proximity to all the beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The kids throughly enjoyed being able to jump into the heated pool when we weren’t at the beach. And the host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We chose Allison’s large, beautiful property to host extended family for my daughter’s wedding. And it was absolutely PERFECT for our needs. The spacious ranch house and second, separate living quarters comfortably serves many, without anyone feeling the least bit crowded. If you desire a spacious, relaxed, country atmosphere in which to house your group, this is it! Allison, our host, could not have been better! We stayed the weekend after Hurricane Milton, and she went above and beyond making sure the property was ready, and all of our requests were met. The only downside was that Allison’s property was not available for the weekend of my first daughter’s wedding earlier this year!
