⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Midtown Tampa for three weeks! The place was fantastic, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was very comfortable, and the building even had a gym, which was a great bonus. The area was quiet yet vibrant, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

Older home…but very well kept and clean inside. Extra linens were a plus. One block from the water. Only about 2 blocks from the Davis Island shops…super quick walk to the DI coffee shop, Pizza, Greek food, breakfast places, grocery/convenience, Anchor bar, and other cute places. Our stay was very short…so we did not utilize the back yard patio area…but this was much better for us than staying in a hotel.

Great place in a location really central.

We were 3 unrelated friends from different towns. There was a bedroom for each of us! The smallest bedroom near the largest bathroom, and the queen bedroom had 2 closets so it felt fair. No closet in the twin bedroom. A friend came over, and took a nap on the couch, so a person 5'6" or less could probably sleep fairly comfortablely on the couch. We usually double up in hotel rooms, and will probably do so in Tayana's in the future which makes this very affordable for St. Petersburg, FL. We are square dancers and spent most of our waking hours over the weekend dancing at a venue 10 minutes away. We enjoyed talking together into the wee hours of the night. It was nice having a quiet clean place to sleep and shower.

This was a great stay! My family was in Tampa for a soccer tournament and was a nice respite away from hustle and bustle! Comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms, and space to move around was wonderful! While I do wish there was another piece of furniture in the living room so we could watch movies, it still worked out because the kids just came and jumped in bed with us! Thank you, John, for sharing your property with us!

Amazing place just 10 min driving of the beach! Quiet neighborhood. Andrea is a great host always ready to help and answer. The place has everything you need!!! If you get in town, that is the place to stay!! Highly recommend especially with kids. Lots of space

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was very clean, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The beds were super comfortable, and the house itself was in excellent shape. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at times, but we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The other comments were accurate in mentioning the pool table—some of the sticks were broken, and there was a tear in the table lining, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. For the price, this place was a great value, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly spot!

Katiuska’s house was so cute, have everything we needed for our stay and was even flexible with check-in. The backyard was exactly how pictured and loved the twinkle light that were hung on the way to the backyard.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Eric was definitely a 5 Star host. He had everything set up nicely, provided clear and concise instructions for the stay, and has maintained his condo in very good condition. We will definitely pass his name and property location on to our Ohio friends who travel a couple times a year to the beautiful Florida beaches. To Eric- we say High 5 for being an excellent host!!!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We loved this place. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The pictures do not show how close the beach actually is. You literally walk out the door a few feet and you are on the beach. We flew in so it was great having furnished chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. There are even kids toys if you have a child with you. It was also nice having the washer and dryer on the premises. I liked washing all of our things before we packed up. We will definitely visit again.

We had a fabulous time. You could not hear anything while inside the home. Very quiet and peaceful. Beach was super close. Convenience store on the way to the beach. Michael has great supplies to help make the beach trip easier: wagon, floats, cooler, chairs, etc. Also a place to rent umbrellas right on the beach when you walk on from the home.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Love this condo right on the beach! Peter is the best and a great host. Great communication. The condo itself is extremely spacious and comfortable. We really appreciate being able to rent this fantastic place. The sunsets and views are amazing!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back.
